- Process for cleaning a 1998 Honda CBR600F3 carburetor. This is a CV type carburetor. It was reasonably clean so I just removed and cleaned the pilot jet, main jet, emulsion tube, float, and needle valve. If the carb had been dirtier I would have removed the slide, needle, and mixture screw as well.
