I will say it as an Ex Nurse of 25 years that Statins are bad for you. The cholesterol lie has been perpetuated over the last 30 years. You need both types of cholesterol to function properly. Statins reduce Q10 which is why people on statins develop memory problems and dementia. Research it and become enlightened.

You can be told to get off a bus for wearing or inhaling aromatherapy oils, the driver may claim to feel dizzy despite a protective screen, and other passengers may whisper all sorts of aspersions against you owing to their 2+2=5 perceptions. The real problem is the overweight, unfit driver being affected by a passenger's healthy essential oils. Very sick times indeed. You wonder how many folk have been hanged wrongfully in history because of others' warped perceptions and lack of perspective, plus facts? The way Novak's being treated at Wimbledon by the some middle-class spectators' perceptions and BBC interviewers' niggling are so disrespectful. Could things erup...t in Europe like a volcano or tempers??? The bits chopped off vegetables and especially edible mushrooms, are allegedly anti-cancer. Apparently, our teeth are jagged/all zig-zag now allegedly since factory production. It seems things went pear-shaped after 1914, even selenium in the soil was diminished after that... look at many Americans, we used to say beached whales, but since woke you can't joke beached whales anymore.

@Jo-sp5cp our local dairy farm sells directly to the public, their herd is steroid and antibiotics free and has been in the same family for over hundred years and they keep chickens and sell their eggs as well.
We have a few people keeping chickens and selling eggs which are far superior to shop bought in taste and freshness.
We also have quite a few beekeepers to source local honey, plus one of the other local farmers sells his produce straight out of his fields on a Friday, Saturday so you can’t get fresher than that.
We also have a butchers who buy live locally and it’s been in the family again over hundreds years and uses traditional methods passed down.
We also have a home bakery business who converted their garage during their coof which makes amazing bread that tastes exactly as bread should do.

Inflammation is not necessarily a bad thing. In fact it is vital to our survival. It is part of our body's healing system. What we need to avoid is creating too many causes of inflammation that will ultimately cause chronic disease and death. So we need to look upstream from inflammation, to the causes, rather than concentrate on the symptoms alone.

I know it did with me, which was frightening. And I do wonder how many people have been diagnosed with dementia but who would have been fine if they had quickly come off Simvastin.
