They will tell that JB properties is 'cheap' compared to Singapore Properties. But you are in Malaysia not Singapore. They try to sell you JB properties at prices of prime areas in KL like Mont Kiara. Beware!
For Singaporean buyers there are only generally 4 major locations to consider, which is JB City Center, Taman Sutera, Greater Austin and Greater Bukit Indah area

SG next door will hv MRT in 2026 to JB. Kl is 300+km away. KL is not the only benchmark for JB

Because alot of people mistake the higher grade RON97 as the normal RON97. Price difference almost double
