    Actually, there are 3 Singaporeans against 3 foreigners. PRs are not Singaporeans. The total fertility rate is low, but should we crowd with the country with foreigners. Note that the foreigners will also age. So how when is it 10m, do we need to import another 5 million to take of the 10m.

      the statistics already exclude PR. You can see the table given. Of course some citizens are "naturalized" citizens. When foreigners age and they do not have PR, then it is likely their work permit here will not be renewed at some point and they will be replaced by another foreigner. In a way, government can also pick and choose over time which foreigners are the best qualified to be PR or citizen.

    If property is bringing in billions for the G, obviously they won’t clear Paya Lebar airbase to grow trees to let animals roam free lah. Plan is 10m+. Greedy politicians may fail to realise we’ll soon reach a stage where foreigner adults outnumber our Sg adults. With 1:3, we can see it’s more like 1:2. Children and oldies occupy 1.

      i think at some stage SG government will have to consider higher benefits for citizens. Personally I think using reserves to help citizens buy property even cheaper is one option, even if tied to longer MOP. Then it encourages citizens to have more children etc when homes are secured earlier/ bigger homes/ lower home price. No point keep all the money in reserves for number of citizens that are dwindling

    Main concern is: Are all the necessary processes and resources in place for application and approval to Forest City? And also the necessary systems and resources for industry players to carry out their operations? This is not launching a product but an entire City, so we have to literally start from scratch.

    Main concerns : infrastructure like roads, public transport, walkways, dirty open drains. I don’t know if these are being considered but would they be able to support so many new residential developments. Appartements blocks in R and F are very close to one another, very high density and not appealing, in my opinion

      the main issues on Rf is the building quality. Can interview any tenant there they will tell the truth . Off course the agent wont tell n owner try to cover

      its true JB city center will get denser, eventually it will spread out as infrastructure is maxed out. With regards to R&F, I think come visit Phase 2, is much better than Phase 1

      @@MrBallenFanpage JB overall will improve when RTS is up, but Setia Indah is not near RTS, so the impact will not be as strong as somewhere walking distance to RTS
