Wow ... ASRock going bananas with the VRM phases! My one and only experience with ASRock boards was the ThreadRipper 1950X and Taichi I got on release. Great board; very stable. It just sucked that we couldn't do anything with overclocking the CPU due to the CPU itself. Since then I've had ASUS and Gigabyte boards, but I might have to return to ASRock for my switch back to AMD...

Crazy
These sly tactics of releasing the x870 motherboards 2 months after the new cpus come out, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Because now if i get a x670, it might not be compatible with zen 6. Or will it?
Two PCI-E slots sadly so far.
No other PCI slots then 2 so far.
I am turned off due to not enough pci slots.
This is why I am still on X570 I have enough pci slots to use my cards.
I hate these motherboard cause look at the pci limitations of 2 slots only.
What's annoying about these X870 motherboards is the fact that most don't have 6 sata ports God forbid you want 8 like I do because you're SOL in 99% of cases
I could not live with sata speeds i am VERY unpatient it has to come quicker than quick even my nas is at 10 Gb/s as i want what is on there to be quick where i want it
Read here "often pumping insane big amounts of data xD, i would cry if i had to pump a 4 to 5 up to 40 TB images, try that with sata speeds lol
Pricing will be everything for these
Do people even use USB 4/Thunderbolt on PCs? Maybe like 0.01% of users do
Rofl

@@WayStedYou I hate autocorrect so much Im leaving this conversation in shame. Don't use gboard guys 💀
@@myne00 Gboard is the worst bro. 😭💀
It will take me 2to 3 years to jump from x570s to ?????¿
I wish Asrock would have made the taichi boards 2 dimmers 😢
I need 3x PCIE. Sorry Asrock, this time I'll buy another brand. (Im extremly happy with my X470 Taichi)
Remember when ASUS was king and everyone was all downing ASRock with comments like "At least it isn't ASRock quality"....
Oh how the tables have turned.
We are getting nearer the end of PCIE slots, generation by generation. The very foundation of the ATX standard is withering away.
Dude why on Earth are no AMD AM5's x670 or now x870 made on a Micro ATX!!!!!?? it's very upsetting!!!
Less and less pcie slots, come on! give me 6 pcie slots, like old times, with bifurcation at least in one slot to have the possibility to put 4 gpu risers or 4 nvme disks if needed.
one of the biggest reasons i'm looking at the taichi is simply because they have more sata ports
Probably have to go threadripper to do that.
Desktop cpu's just don't have enough pcie lanes. You would need to go HEDT Xeon or Threadripper.
that's 7900xtx with 12vhpwr power port
Finally these motherboards from ASRock, rock ASS, i have a b650 live mixer and love it everyone agrees with me that its cool, and tbf i love the look of it.
