+Luigi999 its because this scene is after the one you are talking about. It's after Obi-Wan jumped on the bike with Grievous and lost both his boga and his lightsaber :D
It's a good set not gonna lie. A few complaints about it though. 1. No Boga!!! Why LEGO? WHY? The Boga was such an epic creature and if lego incorporated it I would have insta-buyed the set. 2. Grievous. I mean, everything is dead on accurate, his model, his light sabers, his face even. BUT THE ARMS!!! I mean, they did OK, but why can't lego make a custom foldable piece for his arms. I don't really know how that could fit without being as thick as a 2x4 brick. Still, kinda upset about the arms. Other than that, set is great. Might pick it up. And great review Jang! What are your thoughts on this? :)
Ooh, a see-through wheel. Brick just got real. I like how the set looks. The wheel looks good and seems to roll alright, and I really like what they did with the legs this time around. With the legs down it almost looks like a little beasty. Aw, beasty, wanna play? No, no, Oh GOD NO!, NO!!, AA-OOO-AAH!! Anywho, the minifigs look good too. Grievous' upper arms bug me the way they're put together but they do look the part, and I like the extended neck. Also, chromey chromey lightsaber hilts. Me like. Old Ben isn't looking too shabby either! Gotta love that hair. I wanted the old bike really, really bad, but this one's definitely improved. Perhaps I can make use of something I got on Christmas to get this? We'll see. Thanks for the review, as always it was wheely good.
I noticed this one was coming when I was looking for 2005 version for sale and I got really excited about it. New Grievous with non-clonewars, official print - awesome! No sword for Obi-wan, but my old Grievous can share one with him. It's great, even without varactyl, and now you say it's not so expensive like a regular licensed set! I haven't bought SW set since couple years and I hope te get this one soon.
When the prelim photos of this set first appeared, it received a HUGE amount of criticism for the it's skewed proportions. Having seen this set on video, I can now say I like it MUCH more than I originally had. Not only does it have a fold-out legs (which I assumed were missing at first) but the figures are very nice!
Very good review Jangbricks! Only thing about this one in my opinion is the joints where the claws of the 'legs' of vehicle & the ball sockets area will get loose quite fast after a few plays with it- so this should just be a 'display' piece rather than to be played with... cos my 5-year old wants one....
Grievous in this set is actually based off of his Episode III appearance, but the coloring is a little more whiter than he actually is in the movie, so I could see how you would think he's based off of his animated form.
This is what I love about Jang's reviews, 6 minutes long and covers everything compared to 16 minutes long by Solid Brix Studios and others who will review the set and then talk about something else. Nice one Jang! :)
I really like this set, definitely an improvement over the last one. I had that first one and back then I used to think that that General Grievous was awesome looking at the time, but this one is just so much better and the bike looks so much like the movie version compared to the last one. If I get any Lego Star Wars this year it'll be this set.
I think it was clever what Lego did with general grievous arms by making them clip at a little lower than the shoulder Also good use of sand blue pieces I'm surprised Jang did not point that out
The bike is very cool. The fact that it can roll and also stand on four legs is a pretty good design. The General Grievous minifig is very good! But my complaint with this minifig is with it's arms. They are hardly flexible. Wish LEGO could have designed the arms better. But still, it's pretty awesome. Obi-wan is a decent minifig. But my main reason for buying this set would be Grievous!
The only thing I didn't like about this was no Boga, and considering we got a battle pack of 212th Clone Troopers, there was no Episode 3 Commander Cody.
I really like this set I am definitely getting this set if they added the iguana creature they should've put some printing on it but all this is very good awesome review jang
I think think this set is better than the 2005 version for playability, but it lacks in detail that the 2005 version had, it would also be nice to have the lizard thing included (sorry, can't remember it's name) with prints.
Made a decision to only by lego sets from the original trilogy and TFA. But I just bought an x-wing on eBay and it came with this set too. But I'm happy :) cuz this is an awesome little machine that I've always liked from ROTS. Glad the seller threw it in as a bonus :)
I bought this set a few days before and I really like it! Only thing that bugs me is that Grievous' head should have been able to be turned around even a bit, But anyways a great set!
I've got this set and the only thing I'm disappointed about it is it does not have the lizard Obi San rode on to chase after General Grievous as did the older version. Otherwise it's a good set AND because of this set I was able to get a current General Grievous cheap enough.
Maybe they should use 2 of the grievous arms and use the upper arms as exo force arms and hands so that you can articulate the wrists in the upper arms
CardinalDrama original set is 30 with a big mold for Boga with Lego body it would be 50 I like this more its an Villain Set which I like cause you can get Grievous for cheap
Love this set! But the problem was I saw Anakin's Jedi Interceptor, and I chose the wheel bike, later I the wheel bike where still the at the store, but the interceptor was gone. Other than that, I rate 5 stars.
I was 5 around when Revenge of the sith came out and I say the classic wheel bike was better cause we got a new animal and rare pieces in that set as well and rare mini figs
how about putting some clip pieces on the side of grievous where the upper arms suppose to be and putting the arms there in order for it to have two good looking hands on the top?
what's up with the different face with Obi-Wan? he looks so wierd! but grievous looks better than his last time. hate that we don't get the Boga and they're charging too much for this set.
I hate to be a nostalgia fanboy, but I dislike the new Grievous mold and I prefer the 2005 version more. It looks a little awkward fighting Grievous with his head so far stretched out. I hope Lego can make a better mold soon, because the '05 one wasn't too fantastic either.
I just want Obi Wan to have a lightsaber!! I know in the movie he didn't use in that part of the fight but for playability it would be good! No Boga as well but there is a price per part.
It's so weird to see this set because the original was my first Lego Star Wars set. I just wish they had Boga.
my 2 complaints about this set
1. No light saber for Obi wan
2. No boga
Luigi999 what's boga (sorry i live under a rock)
+dead pool boga is a creature obi wan Rides in the scene from the movie
+Luigi999 Obi-Wan lost his Sword as Grievous used this bike.
+Luigi999 its because this scene is after the one you are talking about. It's after Obi-Wan jumped on the bike with Grievous and lost both his boga and his lightsaber :D
+Luigi999 You can always buy boga on ebay tho :D
“This LEGO set will make a fine addition to my collection!” - JANG, probably.
This set would have been one of the best of the wave if it had Boga...
One of the coolest bad guys in Star Wars
I always wanted the original version of this set back in '05, but I never got it. Now, I can get this version! Thanks LEGO!
this set is awesome but 2 things it needs boga and good articulated arms for grievious
Other than that, set is great. Might pick it up. And great review Jang! What are your thoughts on this? :)
I have this set and I love it, but a updated Boga still would have been nice.
FuzzyTheCat Sorry to nitpick, but Boga is her name, not her species. She is a varactyl. She is also named after a Tunisian soda apparently.
I feel the exact same about THE ARMS!!!! I feel like they totally could have remolded the piece they used for the head skeleton from Ninjago!
Ooh, a see-through wheel. Brick just got real.
I like how the set looks. The wheel looks good and seems to roll alright, and I really like what they did with the legs this time around. With the legs down it almost looks like a little beasty.

Thanks for the review, as always it was wheely good.
I'm digging the white coloration on Grievous there! It reminds me of his 2003 appearance. Well, without the cape.
+Joldsaway "Run Jedi RUN! You have only prolonged the inevitable hahahaha"
I think if Lego did another wheel bike, it would have commander Cody, Grievous and Obi-wan
You are right... this set looks AWESOME!!!!
This will make a fine addition to my collection………
i want this so badly
then buy it xD
I noticed this one was coming when I was looking for 2005 version for sale and I got really excited about it. New Grievous with non-clonewars, official print - awesome! General grievous is my favorite character
mine to to bad they killed him so fast i wish he could have lived on... :(
the mini-fig is a fine addition to my collection *cough cough*
JEDI SCUM! HAHAHAHA
@@noahVA_ general grievous your shorter then i expected...
I just found this for 25 at my local toy shop!
I got it at target. I don't care that much about it so I want to sell it. Just making sure it's not collectible
little bruno can you sell it to me
Little Bruno it kinda is
Impressive. Most impressive.
Lord Vader
Lord Vader can I be your padawan? I'm a good potato sith.
I'm black can I be your padawan
Got the set yesturday. Love it so cool and detailed more people should get this
When the prelim photos of this set first appeared, it received a HUGE amount of criticism for the it's skewed proportions. Having seen this set on video, I can now say I like it MUCH more than I originally had. Not only does it have a fold-out legs (which I assumed were missing at first) but the figures are very nice!
u can also bring the wheel down during walker mode to shreed anything under it
The legs of my grievous were messed up and he always was leaning forward while everyone else had normal leg molds
Man, that is a great design. And an even better designer!
Awesome Lego Mecha, awesome little clone wars Animated series inspired Grievous minifig. Giving the wheel bike playable legs is the intriguing part.

If I get any Lego Star Wars this year it'll be this set.
I wish lego would make grevouis's arms spin like they did in the movie
I think it was clever what Lego did with general grievous arms by making them clip at a little lower than the shoulder
Also good use of sand blue pieces I'm surprised Jang did not point that out
sometimes it sucks bein swedish like hard to get lego toys because theres ikea everywere
LOL
are Swedish from Swissland
Swedes are from Sweden
BattleBricks 1234
The Swiss are from Switzerland, you tool. The people of Sweden are called Swedes
i like that they didn't make the cannons into flick fires because it makes it more realistic
I have this one and I like it, though I really wish we got a new Boga.
I remember when I had this set!
Gonna be the first Star Wars set I've bought in a long time.
Great review as always!!! I like how everything in this set is detailed.
I've always wanted a grievous minifig so I'm glad lego brought him back! Awesome review! Completely forgot that the bike has legs haha
Make it 50$ and give us a bogga,p2 cody and a spiderdroid
That new Grievous is awesome!!! nice review Jang :)
I am so darn mad that I JUST GOT BACK INTO LEGOS IN JUNE!!! I REALLY WANT THIS DARN SET!!!!
I have this set and it's awesome dude, you gotta get it
NoobThatLikesPoptarts aq I would if it wasn't 50$ now sealed and brand new on Bricklink uggh... but yeah I REALLY WANT THIS SET!!!
broyoda $50 dollar's?! Wow I forgot how much it was
NoobThatLikesPoptarts aq At stores it was only $25.99 (in the U.S.) but it is retired now so it went WAY UP in price
broyoda ohh
This set already is 4 years old
The bike is very cool. But my main reason for buying this set would be Grievous!
cool set jang i subscribed !
I really love this set just like in the movie!
This was my first grievous minifigure i wanted one because he is my all time favourite star wars character
The only thing I didn't like about this was no Boga, and considering we got a battle pack of 212th Clone Troopers, there was no Episode 3 Commander Cody.
I had an older style of this set but it came with the big lizard thing from the 3rd movie. However this one looks alot better.
I really like this set I am definitely getting this set if they added the iguana creature they should've put some printing on it but all this is very good awesome review jang
The original set has boga i still have it from when i was a kid
Yup this set is a must.
Danggit I live in the US and they haven't released this set yet! WHEN WILL YOU RELEASE THIS, LEGO?!
I think think this set is better than the 2005 version for playability, but it lacks in detail that the 2005 version had, it would also be nice to have the lizard thing included (sorry, can't remember it's name) with prints.

Only thing that bugs me is that Grievous' head should have been able to be turned around even a bit, But anyways a great set!
Time for a JangBricks marathon
I've got this set and the only thing I'm disappointed about it is it does not have the lizard Obi San rode on to chase after General Grievous as did the older version.
Otherwise it's a good set AND because of this set I was able to get a current General Grievous cheap enough.

I really like this set, totally going to get it soon.
I love love love love this set and GRIEVOUS
I had this set...I loved it and the managard staff...
The electro staff was from grevious' s bike , he used it to knock off Obi wan but Obi wan used it against grevious......
I wish I was able to get this set
It's good, but give us Obi-Wan's Boga, maybe a Pau'an warrior, and make it $30.
I agree, just remake the old set, but should be at least $35-$40 if your getting that much
a pau'an warrior would be beautiful ! they've made a neimboiian warrior so why not a pau'an
Also a magna guard would be nice.
CardinalDrama original set is 30 with a big mold for Boga with Lego body it would be 50
I like this more its an Villain Set which I like cause you can get Grievous for cheap
I personally don't like how they attached the upper arms to the lower arms I think they could have done what they did with the original.
I love this set they did a good job
I think it is a great set however I would wanna see that animal thing obiwan used against gracious
Shivam Pota auto correct eh?
Yep
XD
Btw the animal thing is called boga
+COSMICZOMBIELORD Grievous is a word.
it needed a boga/overgrown giant lizard guy
This set is amazing one small error though needs Boga.
I like how there are no stickers in this and there is only one printed piece, also the toes of the legs look like batman's logo
Great review. You've convinced me to buy it, especially as i don't have General.G already!
I want a neutral or happy faced version of this age Obiwan.
That new grievous is wild...
i lost the arms for my tand clonewars grievous so im looking for a new one and your vid helped me see the rest of the sets other than the starship one
Pretty sweet set.
Coolest "wheel bike" set so far
General grievous is cream coloured
Love this set
great review, I have both sets of this bike and I love the new one to the old one, very nice lego,
I would have enjoyed seeing Boga in this set!!
What if they added this.. And the clones because right after Grevious's death, Order 66 happens.. I would luv to see an animation like that, or a MOC.
Just got this set, but sadly, I lost the clear piece in the middle
how about putting some clip pieces on the side of grievous where the upper arms suppose to be and putting the arms there in order for it to have two good looking hands on the top?
The belt around the wheel is suppose to go the other way
I wish that the put in that lizard horse thingy from the first set
I think most of greivos is dark blueish grey with white printing brt his legs seem to be light light grey with dark blueish grey printing
I like the new General Grievous
I really like this set
i want this just for the characters + weapons
i don't really like the star wars line but this is a nifty vehicle!
what's up with the different face with Obi-Wan? he looks so wierd! but grievous looks better than his last time. hate that we don't get the Boga and they're charging too much for this set.
Grievous looks a bit wired to me (been playing lego star wars TCS so thats probably why) but it looks like a good set
I hate to be a nostalgia fanboy, but I dislike the new Grievous mold and I prefer the 2005 version more. It looks a little awkward fighting Grievous with his head so far stretched out. I hope Lego can make a better mold soon, because the '05 one wasn't too fantastic either.
so how's ventress
That's because it was reused from the other Grievous set, wich was based on his Clone Wars appearance, wich he is very accurate to.
Captain Sam his neck was always like that, unlike the 05 neck. the design of the figs compared isn't even a competition
It should be general gready he has so many things
All Grievous is in this set is a white version of the Clone Wars one but with different eyes.
wow this is a nice set
and your reviews are amazing !!!! (:
Hey jang why don't you do a lego hospital
A few things that could make it better:
A bogo for obi wan
If obi wan had a lightsaber
A magnaguard (for the sake if it)
It is a re-creation of the scene in the film, obviously it wouldn't include a lightsaber -_-,but would cool if it would 🐵
I just want Obi Wan to have a lightsaber!! I know in the movie he didn't use in that part of the fight but for playability it would be good! No Boga as well but there is a price per part.
