Black eye peas are the bomb diggity. It's sad that a lot of people seem like looking over their shoulders, but you have to pray and take God with you everywhere you go🙏🏾. Appreciate you sister Lynn 🙏🏾. Food looks delicious 😋. Sciatic nerve pain is no joke I went through it in my back and it shot all the way down my legs, no fun. Physical therapy helped me quite a bit.
Yes, people have been abusing strong medications, and dying, so they have cracked down on giving them out and making sure people are using them how they should. Doctors are being watched on how they prescribe them. They have talked about that on the news, and Good Morning America.
I totally understand that, but that wasn't me I was looking for a natural way to cure my body without all the pills. I hate taking pills that's why I have 3 kidd🤣 I couldn't take them birth control pills back then, if it's a capsule I'm ok but that pill coating ughhhh I gag everytime...I've gotten a Lil better but give me a cream or a liquid I can get through that better but such is life that's how they do prescribe pills instead of getting to the real root of the problem can they fix that 🤷♂️ but I'm going to be just fine regardless just eating healthy and exercise that gives me alot of relief...Thank you for visiting and commenting I appreciate that.

Lynn I been on pain med for over 25 yrs and when they throw u out like that The doctor feel like the patient is Abusing the medication I No people that have went through what u goin through When they wanted to count ur med the doctor feel sum type of way wit the patient if u go to another doctor they gon tell them and they will not give u Hydrocodone Doctor's are very strick about those pain pill in other words they have Black ball yu
It's something to deal with I tell you, I hope you get something that helps you I truly know that's not a great feeling when you're trying to do things & move around.

They filed duplicated claims on my dental work that they had not even started. Lol Watch out dentist are money grabbers. I just found out they were charging me double. Sooo be careful, guys. First of all, let me just say, the turkey wings look delicious and so does the beans but let’s really talk about the elephant in the room sciatica!!! Now I know this pain and I know what you going through. There’s no doubt in my mind it is the most painful friggin thing that could possibly be you don’t know where to sit you don’t know where to walk you don’t even know where to lay down it’s awful and I know that pain. Now saying that when you go to pain management, the reason why they sent you that letter was because most of the time the drugs at their prescribing are typically an opiate and they sound like a bunch of crackpots if you ask me. To send a patient a letter and that explain to them what the hell is happening? I would suggest a chiropractor, but that’s just my suggestion. I love my chiropractor he stopped me from having injections in my spine. He stopped me from having surgery on my spine. That’s how bad I suffer with that sciatica and I do take those Cataflam, which is an anti-inflammatory and that’s all they are now they burn my stomach, but they do take the edge off a lot and I only use them when I need them and they’re not an opiate they’re just an anti-inflammatory. I can honestly tell you therapy did not work for me at all. Sometimes I thought it made it worse but my chiropractor. Oh Lord thank God for him that’s all I can say, and now I go on a monthly basis to get an adjustment because I’m not playing anymore as I’m getting older. my husband has arthritis throughout his whole entire body and Doug is very holistic. He does not believe in medication so he takes Boswella you may wanna look that up, but he takes a whole bunch of herbs and take my word for it . The man is in no pain whatsoever and his fingers are all crinkly and he broke his back a couple years ago and he don’t take any pain medication he just takes his herbs, it’s amazing. It doesn’t kick in the next day but overtime it kicked in for him. And maybe you should just find another doctor when it comes to pain management and don’t even take your medical records from that other place and pretend you never went to pain management. They don’t have to know your business if you don’t give them your medical records from that one particular place, how they gonna know. But I would’ve been a palled. I’ll be real because that’s not how you treat a patient you’re not a drug addict for goodness sakes, but I understand what they’re doing it for because I don’t want the liability. I don’t wanna keep talking because you know me I could ramble on here but if you do find another pain management place, don’t even get your records from the other place who cares they don’t have to know nothing. But with all the computer interfacing with one another, they might be able to see that you did go to a different pain management place. I say be upfront and let whatever new doctor you go to let them know and bring that letter in you up purse so the next time you go into a new doctors office go what is the meaning of this you only take medication when you need it it’s not like you’re taking it every day, this is what I mean. I get all worked up anyway girlfriend have a great day. I hope you feel better and I know losing weight does take the edge off of sciatica, but once you have it, you will always have it when I was at my thinnest. I still got sciatica and it is a bitch and a half the only differences, it’s not as bad with the weight loss. I gotta get back on track anyway I talk too much. Have a great day honey.
Well I've moved on, I just didn't understand it but I'm good, that sciatica ain't nothing to play with, I hope they find something else to give you cause that stomach burn could possibly cause another issue...thanks for supporting I appreciate it

I'm glad I read your comment. I have sciatica now too, and the pain is so unbearable. I'm scared to take a strong pill, I did see the doctor that specialize in it, but I just take advil pm, it does the bare minimum. I was thinking about a chiropractor, so after what you said, I'm going to call one.
@melanieb-e8570 I'm going to a chiropractor too, I kept telling myself everytime I pass one I'm a call and see if I can get an appt..a year later....but I'm finna look up one right nowwww cause yall know it's tough, I had to stop working full time because after 8 hrs my back was on 🔥 so I'm doing part time hrs and that's all I can do...let me know how the chiropractor work for you...
