You actually motivated me to change my sleep schedule last year in June? I went a bit more extreme but I started sleeping at 7 pm and waking up at 2 am. My allergic rhinitis actually improved a lot and I felt better, but then some things happened - university exams and my dad’s cancer diagnosis - and I once again started sleeping at after 12 am. I’ve been so tired the past 2 months. I need to get back to my routine and watching this video has once again motivated me! Thank you 🖤

Finally my most FAVORITE youtuber is here I saw your story where you are editing this vlog. Currently Ramadan is going please and we are waking up for suhoor. I try my level best Zeliha to do exercises or yoga but couldn't make it its my 2024 resolution as wel but its march and i didn't go a single day exercise please make a vedio on how to be consistent in doing thing that you decide. Once you said in your vedio that waking up early is my childhood habit that HIT me differently. This thing with getting up early is so random. We need to understand, that there are people who work better at late evening and night, an those who better wake up early in the mor ing. So in order to wake up at almost 4am means, you go to bed at at least 8pm maybe? So thats the time when many people do theier social activities or spend time with theier partner or whatever. Me, I like to work for exams or a project when it is dark and silent around me, when the whole city sleeps, I love that vibe and that's the time when my motivation and creativity is on peak. So I do wake up mostly between 8 am and 9 am, and I do still have the whole day to do my stuff and go to work...in germany we say, either you are type OWL or type LARK. No chance to switch that mode, maybe only temporary.
That “Stop being lazy. Get up and do it.” Has me dead 😂 but I love it ❤️
