    -Inspect the water reservoir for debris near the white plunger.
    -Check all external ports for water and wait 24 hours for water to completely dry from ports.
    2. Unit Not Working:
    -Check the power source and ensure the unit is properly plugged in.
    -Verify that the water reservoir is not empty; if so, refill it.
    -Examine the UIS cable or Humidity Probe for any water or corrosion.

    Both of my humidifiers "two diffrent brand I have the T3 though) went "bad" the same week. I got sick day after i set up a new tent and starting new seeds. Its been a rough week, not when you want your humidifiers to start leaking everywhere, especially in winter its been 30-40 percent humidity in my tents. This helps a lot thanks so much. I am guilty of not cleaning them as much as a should but I still do clean them both with vinegar every couple weeks.but have went as long as over a month without cleaning much alge buildup or anything

    I love my Cloudforge. Keeps VPD in check all day long
    Although to be honest, it's really the Controller 69 that's so amazing. You could hook a normal humidifier to one of the UIS plugs and hook that up to the 69 and it would be 90% as good as the Cloudforge. It's the 69 and it's ability to use VPD as a trigger that's so cool...😊

    I blue tape my lid down...
    Im using the hose ... And its outside the tent...
    The negative pressure of the tent ..
    Is enough to tug the hose and pull the entire lid off my humidifier...
    Sometimes when i add water.. cause my humidifier is deep between two tents...
    I would reach in to pop the lid open and would knock the whole entire top off so I started using blue tape to secure it down ..
    I leave my humidifier in a square tuber ware bowl/pan
    I never had and flood issues...
    Just the lid flying off easily...
    I like that i can put the lid on any way i want .. i think next gen only goes one way...
    I noticed you have to keep the water clean....like if you finish your grow .. you turn everything off .. And leave wait in it...
    The bubbler part has to be cleaned good .. or it barley puts moisture out... Its running but not doing allot ..
    I started adding a splash of hydrogen peroxide to my water every time i add it now .. helps keep everything from getting gooey really fast . .
    Im not a fan of using bleach on plastic or rubber items ...

Interesting to see the differences. ACI are great at taking feedback directly from users and taking that Intel, moving fast with product iterations to suit needs. I’ve used their fans & controllers, quite literally each one as they have come out. Working with their support team to get exactly the functionality we need.

    • @gardensupplyguys

      You may have excess water poured down the fog spout. If filling be careful not to pour down the center fog spout. This will hinder it from pushing up.

    One issue I've had with my T3 is I've gone to check out my tent and the humidifier is working, but the vapor is just pouring out kind of like a lava effect instead of blowing out up in the air, which results in a lot of moisture on the floor.

    • @gardensupplyguys
      @gardensupplyguys  8 месяцев назад +1

      Check the main tube and see if you have water poured down main line. This will cause the result you explained… been there done that with an over pour into the fog tube vs water tank…
      Let me know if that fixed your issue Tolly 💪

    they are great devices but tbh, 2 have broken down on me due to water ingress into the elctrics in the base unit. i sused they can only be used without the tubes directing the flow of water vapour. as even if you have the tubes directly vertical, there will always be condensation that runs back down the tubes. one was exchanged from the UK selling company 'as a sign of goodwill' (that rubbed me up the wrong way - it broke!!) and the other larger unit, i had to take a loss on and it turned into landfill rubbish, for non uk readers) :(

    • @gardensupplyguys
      @gardensupplyguys  8 месяцев назад +1

      Why are the UK companies not providing you a proper 2 year warranty?
      Backing what is sold is a big part of this industry.
      The backflow of water that may work down into ultrasonic fog plate will just be reused but will not stop the unit from performance. It will just fill only based on what the float valve allows into base.
      We run these in our store using the tubing to inject humidity to the high parts of a chamber down over all mushroom blocks running 80% plus humidity. In this application we would of seen issues.
      Ensure the float valve is clean with no debris keeping float from closing completely. This is the main issue on why water leaks out base of Cloudforge.

    I set mine up yesterday.. outside tent .. With hose .. with controller 69 plus. . And when I turned it down to 60% for a foiler spray ... When the tent was 75% ... And it kept ramping up more humidity...it won't turn off ... I unplugged it. I am unplugged the USB cord cable left unplugged for about a good 15 minutes and I started drying the tan up because there's a huge puddle on the floor. Now I'm leaving a drip pan ... I'm ok with it dripping... But not turning off when the humidity to high....it's acting like a cheap humidifier ... I'm so disappointed... With VPD on it does it's own thing..I just started using that setting just now..n but with auto on .. And I set both high to and low for 55% it keeps blowing humidity m..it's not turning off on auto any more...I unplugged it for the 2nd time ... Everything works perfect but this 1 day old humidifier I actually ordered from AC infinity site ... I'm using two cell phones both firmware are updated

    • @SteveJ619
      @SteveJ619 8 месяцев назад +1

      I figured it out ...I didn't understand that I had the settings wrong...I had both settings on in the auto humidifier settings...I set my VPD to .8 for veg and even set my exhaust to VPD at .7 and omg everything is working perfectly... My plants are saluting and standing tall like they are no longer looking over watered ...
      I sat down next to the tent and played with the settings... And watch to see what made what turn on ...
      Just using the hose. It usually causes a lot of water in the tent but I have a drip cup for it so it's no big deal ... And this humidifier in my 2x4 eats less then one bottle of drinking water a day.... This is a game changer ... Nice when you get it dialed in ..
      Thanks for getting back to me

      Check your UIS connection plug into the humidifier to ensure the plug and cable end are dry and no moisture has settled into the UIS plug. Sounds like you may have a possible ground to live going on creating heat or a possible frayed line inside the cable itself. If you detect moisture in UIS plug or see any signs of corrosion we have to clean it up.

    I use tap water and just replace my cheap ($40) humidifier once a year. RO/distilled water is 99 cents per gallon so it would cost $25/month to fill it.

    • @7munkee
      @7munkee 7 месяцев назад

      @@ahoyskid Does it cost more than a humififer would cost to run it each year? My water bill is usualy higher than my mortgage and I know those RODIs waste 2-3 gallons of water for each gallon of cleaned water they provide. I couldn't afford to run one.

    • @ahoyskid
      @ahoyskid 7 месяцев назад

      @@7munkeeI have the waste end recirculating back through a secondary RO filter. 6 stage total system, so very little waste water. Cost wise, still rocking the same set of filters minus the prefilters/carbon filter. The same RO membranes are in use. water is still reading 0Tds.
      Wouldn’t have bought and set it all up if I didn’t need to use it regularly for water changes on the reef tank. But vs buying RO water, basically free.
      The dehu I have uses a serious amount of electricity. 100% cost more to run long term. I’m lucky. Don’t pay for tap water. Just a yearly service charge for the luxury of having mains water.

    • @7munkee
      @7munkee 7 месяцев назад +1

      @@ahoyskid I didnt pay for tap water until like 10 years ago. I moved from an old farmhouse into the local town. There are four of us here and the water bill runs $240+ per month. If I water my garden a few times a month in the summer, my water bill goes up $40.
      Mortage is $209. I only have 2 years left on it thank god. I'm on a fixed income and the rising utility costs are killing me.

    • @ahoyskid
      @ahoyskid 7 месяцев назад

      Wow! 240 per month on water alone is crazy expensive. Do you get rain often? I collect rain water and store it an a water but for all my outdoor plants, lawn etc. I am based in a region that is blessed with weekly rainfall year round.
      Everyone should be entitled to clean running water. It shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. The world is gone crazy.
