Hi BlondieBytes, I have a question that isn't related to this video. In Microsoft outlook I know you can create a rule to automatically reply with a template when receiving an email with the same subject line. My question is how can reply to this same email with a template but add a different name to the subject like and greetings to the template, as well as change the email address for whom it's being sent too.
