There could be short living ones, maybe cache, may be in-memory databases (but depending what to consider short), but normally database is not what comes to mind when talking about short term storage. Needs more nuanced explanation here.
That’s true, but sometimes even databases can have a ttl of just one to two days. It just depends on the use case. I’ve usually used them with fairly short ttls so I think that’s why I think of it as short term
You may be a backend programmer, but let me doubt that you are making a living in that profession. You are now a full time youtuber and I'm pretty sure that's currently your biggest source of income.

Ah I meant google drive that your code can use easily. Like you can store text or analytics files there and access them in your code
