Alawa and Nikai are captive-born gray wolves at the Wolf Conservation Center (WCC), a 501c3 non-profit organization, in South Salem, NY. They help teach the public about wolves and their vital role in the environment.

Oh no. So sad to hear that.
@S A yeah, they did all they could to make him feel better, but in the end the disease got worse and there was nothing left to do. I am thankful though, he had a good life in a wonderful place. These 2 new uploads are gems to me.
