I go to chasing and it’s no longer on their sight

Hey, unfortunately I sold my gladius about a year ago and so I no longer use the app or control and can't really advise you. If it's a controller connection issue, I'd probably just remove all Bluetooth pairings from the phone, reset the controller, and try re-pairing it. If the app itself isn't updating, then I'm afraid only Chasing would be able to help with that. Cheers.
