      Sorry for the late reply! The most important thing is to train consistently. Don’t rush to achieve perfect flexibility in a short time-take it step by step. A good warm-up is essential, as warmed muscles and ligaments are easier to stretch and less prone to injury. I occasionally post useful exercises on our channel, though I haven’t had much time to film recently. Hopefully, more videos will be up soon! You’re also welcome to join our flexibility lessons, and we’ll be happy to help!
