Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers dance together for the very first time on film in THE CARIOCA, from RKO's 1933 film "Flying Down to Rio". At a Rio nightclub, Fred and Ginger watch, then take to the stage to try out the latest Brazilian dance, "The Carioca". Music by Vincent Youmans, conducted by Max Steiner. Choreography by Fred Astaire, assisted by Hermes Pan.
