My Samsung microwave makes horrible buzzing noise and the spinning tray doesn't move. Few years old

I got this microwave about 4-5 years ago.
It doesn't work well.
It buzzes really badly.. and the spinning tray does not move at all (stuck).
What I've done now is I move the tray slightly left to right.. and this allows the motor to push the tray and prevent the buzzing noise
I don't recommend buying a samsung microwave because of this defect.

It didn't. Replaced it with a whirlpool instead. Depressed it only lasted 4 years

I think you'll have to look for the exact model of your microwave. Do you have it,... its somewhere inside your microwave when you open the door
