@@SteveMonti It's worth it for the Sonor kit, I think it's the Sonor right? The one you're playing in this video. That snare snaps and I love that kind of tuning on toms. And quite right, this kit works in other genres without sounding out of place at all. Lovely stuff!
Meandering is fun at times! The toms in particular with this SDX are the standout for me, but overall, these are fantastic samples! Always enjoy your vids!

Great piece Steve!! Tasty as always. What I found interesting is this is a "Jazz" SDX pack, but that kit just sounds like a great kit that would fit in many genres, period. Toontrack should rethink their naming conventions...this is far from the 1st time I've heard an SD3 kit that simply sounds like a great kit, but it's under some other moniker.
@@dennisagresti9367 Hi Dennis, Yea I’m enjoying this pack and not really following its proposed genre ( I don’t profess to be good at jazz) so for me these sounds really work with many different types of music, a good kit sound to me is a good kit sound 😂 So really enjoying exploring this SDX thanks a bunch man

Hey man thanks for your kind words.Its a great pack for sure - I don't really think the expensive TD50 plays much of a part with these SDXs
