1937 Matchless Model X - Autumn ride through the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District

here's a video showing me riding my 1937 990cc V-Twin side valve Model X through the soft Autumn colours of the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District. I bought the bike just over a year ago and this was the first ride after finally getting it sorted. I've had continuous problems with the bike not starting and/or running very poorly. All really due to the magneto which I had had reconditioned - and then sent back 3 times! Now the bike's fettled I could finally enjoy a leisurely ride, without fear of breakdown, or the ignominy of it not starting again whenever I stopped. Unfortunately we're now heading for Winter and the weather's taken a turn for the worst, but it was so good to be able to enjoy the bike properly for the first time.
