    I know why some players don't follow their dropshot at the net, 'cause they are afraid to get a lob behind them. And you are right to say it' s a mistaken.
    If you are 6.3 tall, you are not afraid of the lob, you follow your dropshot. If you are small but good runner, you follow your dropshot. But if you are the average size and not so good runner, you don' t follow your dropshot, unfortunately. Dropshot is an offensive shot, most of the time a winner.

      Hey Glenn, appreciate the feedback. If you are average size and the wheels have slowed down, follow the dropshot in but hover instead of smothering the net. This will give you the ability to cut off a lob and close in if the try to play in front of you. Hope this helps clarify things. Thanks for watching!
