We are on almost the exact same healing path, except for I'm about 7 months behind you.. I cannot believe that we are still healing from this crap even this far out but I'm thankful for it, that's for sure.. There have been children who have been born from a fetus and have grown to 3 years old plus in the same time frame, yet our brains and bodies are still rewiring themselves.. smh Hopefully we'll both reach 100% someday, but if not I'll be fine where I'm at.. I respect you so fucking much brother !!! benzodiazepine withdrawal, even slow tapering is pure hell, i have all the possible withdrawal symptomps this is the hardest thing on the world to get off fuck i am wrecked, benzo addiction is like fucking cancer. I know the healing can take sometimes 3-5 years, 4years clean, you are a boss. Not everybody can do it.

Well done mate. I’m nearly 26 months off. This month has been awful!! Month 24 and 25 were getting much better and then I crashed badly. Started getting out of the house on a good day around month 22. Mentally I’m stronger but the physical stuff is crazy. My aim now is to be healed by 3 years. 🙏

I have to avoid chemicals, stress and social situations. It’s a grim journey but I’m making lots of plans for the future. I know it will end but you just don’t know when!! I’m on the 2.5 ( way better than when I first texted you 3 months in and you said I need to hang in there I changed my RUclips name so perhaps you won’t remember me but it’s all good ) year mark now and I also have the muscle aches and pains a lot lately and I was actually wondering if this is the physical part of the stretch and I wake up with headaches from it and I also drink paracetamol and ibuprofen haha .. I do also still have my good weeks and not so good weeks when I get fatigued and struggle ( windows and waves ) but I do still manage life to a point ( unless the wave hits me a bit too hard ) I’m stoked for you man well done ... you give me hope . . . I'm at 3.5 years off and I've improved massively over the last year so.. I work over 50 hours a week, I run a business, I'm a single Dad etc etc etc I could have never done all of this just a year ago, so keep hanging in there the good times are coming for ya soon..

You are going to be obsessing about it right now because after two years it seems impossible to still be suffering so bad, but unfortunately it is entirely normal.. This is a very long and a rough ride but there is light at the end of the tunnel, it's just an extremely long tunnel, way too long..
Taking any psych meds at all now or found any alternative meds that help u atm? How are you getting this robust version of yourself? Where's all this energy coming from since your not exercising even.. energy flowing from daughter? Sounds like home life could be therapeutic for u. Perhaps I overlooked sth in the vid.

Brother I’m on it for 30 years, I take a different benzodiazepine I’m on 4 mg a day I wean down by myself using a jewel scale I am down to 1 mg .25 and by the grace of God I never had any feelings bad ones that is, I hope and pray it stays that way. I know 10 years ago I jumped off cold turkey and my whole world got turned upside down it felt like a bad acid trip

Hey lockie. Another aussie here. Can you please be honest with me? I am curious as to what your like at 20 months out. I did a 2 year taper and now im 20 months off. I have lost my job and cannot support my family as im just too sick. My main symptoms are. Extreme Fatigue. AIR HUNGER (cant breathe correctly and I breathe shallow). Extreme cortisol rushes that wake me up out of a sound sleep. Chemical sensitives (i cant smell anything like petrol, perfume, flowers) because they rev me and shoot my heart rate right up and give me air hunger? Its a crazy symptom. I can barely eat any foods. My diet is extremly clean as I react to near everything I eat. I am just hugely bothered by the fact its 20 months and still no end in sight!!! 20 MONTHS !! I totally understand everyones journey is different. I am curious as to what you were like at 20 months? Did you have extreme fatigue or any smell or chemical sensitivities around that month? Im starting to maybe believe that this isn't benzo withdrawal any more. Maybe I have gotten chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and I dont have benzo withdrawal. Thanks mate. Hi, Thank you for your videos I am 1yr off .25 daily use of xanax, then klonopin,,,after 4yrs daily use at bed time I cant believe the physical stuff is getting worse at 1yr horrible face and neck tension horrible head and abdomen tension, pressure, feel like I cant breathe body pulling, tightness and off balance feeling The mental stuff, mostly DR is not as bad as the physical, its like my whole body is tensing up all over I am lucky I can drive and go to the store, but I feel like I cam going to explode and crawl out of my skin I am a shell of my old self How where you at 1yr off? does this sound right? I need some hope, I am scared why this far out my body is doing this Ty for your time
