- Aaron Ramsey's extra-time winner secured a memorable comeback and an 11th FA cup win for the Gunners.
Two goals behind, the comeback began thanks to a stunning Santi Cazorla free-kick. An equaliser from Laurent Koscielny took the match into extra-time where Olivier Giroud's back heel assist gave Ramsey the chance to bring the cup home!

I've said it since he arrived. Santi was our most important player in the last years of Wenger. Ozil was the icing on the cake and a brilliant player but it was Santi who allowed him to play so freely.
Yeah we always challenged for the title right until the moment when Santi got injured and then we would crumble

People talk about "ozil needed a better striker..!," " Play Ozil in his correct position" rubbish ..Santi Spent most of his Arsenal Career out of his preferred position(10) and still delivered ..even when he was pushed back ..he made the deep lying play maker position his own..!

Man I remember this day. We had an agonizing decade without a trophy and the previous year, we bottled the league cup in the last minute. I turned off my TV after two goals and just turned it back on when Santi scored.

That winning goal is actually underrated. Hull were defending for their lives and the touches were good. Also funny that Sanogo had quite the impact when he came on.
He fooled the ref into giving us a corner which led to Koscielny's goal as well

The Wenger Outers, idiots as always, mocked Fabianski, Kallstrom, Giroud and Sanogo, all key in winning that Cup. They were wrong about everything. Especially about Emery.
@UncleMikeNJ Agreed, but with Emery, he didn't look like he was going to turn it around and build in the right way, we were better off with Arteta, the way it turned out. That said, I agree Emery was better than be showed that second season, just that the direction was not clear. I am always happier when I can see a plan even without results, but those shots conceded and the play was not sustainable, kinda like United with Ten hag this season. Good coach but hasn't balanced his plan and ideas with results.
