I love how this blanket is turning out. I get a lot of compliments. When someone asks me about it I send this video to them. I absolutely love this!
I just received my purple, orchid and white for my Gingham blanket. I am getting started. When I finish I will post it on Facebook. Will be doing baby blankets next. This one is for my bed. Thank you for your videos. You explain yourself very well. I am 64 yrs. old and have been knitting and crocheting since I was 7 years old. My mom taught me how to do both. I will be doing knitting and crocheting for my local hospital.
I can't wait to make this for my baby granddaughter who is due in February! ♥
I have just completed my first gingham blanket, thank you so much for the tutorial. I used red, light grey and a darker grey and i am in love with the completed project. Very easy tutorial
*ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE 👶💝😊! YOUR COLOR CHOICES ARE GORGEOUS TOGETHER 💝💝💝!* OUR YOUNGEST GRANDDAUGHTER "ADI 💝" IS 10 YEARS OLD BUT SHE STILL LOVES FOR ME TO MAKE HER NEW BLANKETS 😊💝! SHE WILL LOVE THIS 💝💝💝! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING 😊💝& GOD BLESS 🙏✝💝!
I just finished making this blanket for my great niece and it's absolutely beautiful! I really liked carrying the yarn through the project once I adjusted to the concept it was pretty simple. Your instruction is very easy to follow. Thank you!
i like how you use colors that allowed us to see what you are doing.... it makes learning this pattern more understandable. thank you so much
Everytime I see this adorable baby blanket, I can smell baby powder, baby bottom (clean, of course), and milk. Boy does that bring me back in time. Now, my son is 26 and going for his Master”s degree in Biomolecular science. Amazing!! I might make it just for the wonderful memories it brings back. Thank you.
I
I started my first gingham blanket, thanks to you for the tutorial.God bless.
Love 💕😘 your patience will be my next project a little scared to try it.. can't wait .this is beautiful ❤️ thanks
I made this for my granddaughter. It was a fun project to do. Thanx for the tutorial.
Love this pattern! Your instructions were so simple to follow. I followed you as you made the sample piece and love the results. Can't wait to make a throw size. Thank you.
This was my second gingham blanket. I used the same yarn & colors. The only difference was I did a Pom Pom border! Love it.
I realize this video is a couple of years old, but I just discovered you! This is such a great video! I’m definitely giving this a try after I finish the Afghan, mushroom and scarf that are next on my agenda!
Absolutely lovely, especially the sweet border.
It’s 2/14/22. I’m watching your gingham tutorials. Very easy, or so I thought you are so right about a swatch. I’m having trouble getting my block changed to lay on top of the last row as you have done. Something simple as sc 10 change on the 10th should be easy but I have had to start over several times. I’ll get it though. I really want to make this pattern. Thank you for your teaching.
I really like your channel. I think your instructions and tone of voice are super relaxing. My daughter is having twins so I want to make this blanket for her, X2. My sister and sister in law just had babies also so I will be busy looking through your patterns. Thank you.
Beautiful, creative, interesting, blanket, thanks for the simplistic, easy to follow tutorial!!!!!
This really is a sweet blanket. I've seen them, but they looked too hard for me to do, but now that I see your video, I think I might give it a try.
I made this and it turned out beautiful!! I did my border a little different tho. I did 8 sc in the loops and didn't do the final crochet around the edge. Thank you so much for posting the how to video.!
I got alot of nice compliments on mine. Thank you so much for sharing such wonderful patterns! 😊
You have a soothing, audible voice; I'm hearing impaired.
Wonderful blanket. I am just learning to crochet - have knitted for years and want to try something new. TFS
Just love this little blanket.
VERY nice choice of colors! I Like to experiment with color choices.especially on a blanket like this. It’s almost foolproof unless you choose something hideous!!!!
Borders are very so hard to do for a baby boy blanket but I think this one would be perfect.
So Beautiful, love your colors in the blanket too.
Hi Tiffany, looking back over this video I’m going to finally give it a try because I just love the look and I use Caren Simply Soft often. I love what you do.
😊👍 Thanks :-)
Absolutely beautiful! Can not wait to try this!💕
Super pretty! Tks for sharing this & looking forward in seeing more...blessings
Thank you so much!
I made this. Blanket for a family friend who is having a baby boy! Momma to be favorite color is navy blue. Used a different border because baby is boy!
First time viewing your channel. I love to crochet! 💕
I love your book !
(your blanket book)
I purchased it ..I just can’t stop looking at it ready to make a blanket:)
I love this blanket. Your video was so helpful. I do have some bumps from the carryover thread popping through. I thought I read some where where you discussed this? It still is adorable. 💖thank you!
Love this! I have three baby blankets to make. Going to use this pattern. Thanks for sharing
Not sure which colors are my favorite ! As I think I love them all❣️ coral and teal and grays are at the top of the list
Decide who’s house and which room it be for....?
Wonderful tutorial.Very clear. Thank you from Turkey. 🤗
This is soooo pretty!! Going to try this! Thank you for the very easy to follow tutorial!! God Bless! 😊😊
I'm looking for a baby blanket pattern for a charity auction. This might be it! So pretty. I've never done gingham before so I could enhance my skill set. Thank you.❤

I want to increase the size of my gingham blanket to about 50 X 75 , I don't know how many chains to crochet for the width. I love this pattern I am making it for myself. Thank you so much , Viki

Beautiful blanket. That you for the tutorial.
Hi, this will be my first attempt at the gingham blanket, I’m very excited to start! I was wondering what’s the largest size you have made with this pattern?
Wow, I learned something new, Thank you.
Excellent teacher
Love it beautiful! 🤗👍🧶
Is this an easy pattern or more advanced? So Beautiful 😊
Hey Tiffany, have you ever made a video about how to wrap your blankets for a gift?
It makes me think of Tunisian crochet.
Definitely gonna try this! Thank you
You are an awesome instructor!! I have wanted to try a gingham blanket but hesitated until I watched your video. I'm so excited and can't wait to go pick out the colors. I do have a question though. How much yarn does is take to make a baby blanket (crib size)? I will share when done. Thank you.
A very fine stitch; congratulations! November 7/2020.
So cute
Beautiful!!!
I love it so beautiful 😍
I love the gingham blankets. I keep coming back to them so it must be a sign. I have an aunt who LOVES yellow and I thought I would make this blanket for her. What two yellow colors would you suggest in the Caron Simple Soft yarn? Thanks in advance!!
Beautiful ❤️
New to gigham. You seem to have big hooks for medium/small yarn!? Why is that? Also, being that your videos can be seen everywhere, may I suggest that you also include the mm size crochets. Lots of people have no idea what a H or J hook sizes are, but should understand a 4,0mm or 4,5mm size hooks because it is international. Love the tutorial, very well explained.
Muito linda amiga pena que não consigo entender o que você está falando mas estou conseguindo fazer o ponto obrigada 😘
2/23/2022: BEAUTIFUL💯❤️👍🏽
Fantastisk,I wil tray it,so pretty
Thank you so much 😀
You velcome,have a nice day 🌺
Have you ever done this with a variegated pink, gray and white? If you have or have not - how would you do it. I have the light pink that you are working with on this blanket, a light gray and a baby pink, gray and white variegated. Love your tutorials.
Love it
I always wonder'd what the Gingham dog look'd like in the poem by Eugene Field. But I don't know what a Calico cat looks like either. DAN
Cranberry and white for Christmas. For a queen size, how many stitches would it take?? Please and thank you 😊
Love this and just subscribed. 😊👍
So, with these blankets, how do you end and begin a new skein? I feel like, knowing a baby blanket will be washed regularly, it is okay to knot the yarn in these lovely, squishy blankets. How do you do it. And thank you for your lovely patterns and videos. I’m on my 4th pattern, and there’s no end in sight! 🧶💗🧶
Thanks a lot to you ma'am...
I would like to do this with sage green , what other two colors would you recommend? Like 2 shades of gray? Maybe
Love all your tutorials on Gingham. Have you are anyone else ever used the Scheepjes whirls or Hobbii twisters cakes to make a Gingham blanket? I've googled it but can't seem to find any pictures. Do you think it would look okay or a hot mess?
I have a big issue with this pattern. No matter what I do my squares ardo not have straight edges and they turn out more pointy to one side then straight. I watched so many videos to figure what is wrong but I am doing everything correctly. Any idea 🥹
I really struggle with my yarn showing through the white row 😢 which I know is normal but it bothers me that it doesn’t look as great as yours
When crouching a baby blanket with 130 chains do u add 3 more chains
Hello. Can you crochet over the tail on the first row as well as carrying the color you're working on?
So when you are single crocheting the first border row, you say “3 single crochet in each corner stitch.” Is that a space between the last single crochet on top and first single crochet down the side? I find it just a bit confusing. Usually I just chain 3 between those two stitches. Thank you.
Hi!! Tifany... a have a request when you do your video... for the size of the crochet , can you tell us in milimeter... because it hard for us with the letter that you said!! thank you so much!!
LOVE this pattern! Created this in navy blue (Momma to be’s favorite color). Baby is boy, so I put a different border, but really love how it came out! What do you think? I can’t figure how to attach the picture
Buenas noches !
Alguien por favor me dise cuantos cuadros deberia hacer para una de bebe ?
Gracias..👐
How do you keep your two working and carrying yarn from getting twisted up?😊
👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍👍
Do you do one stich Everytime when turning
How do I make the blanket bigger so that I and with the same color that I began with I don’t want a baby blanket I want it more of a Afghan
How do you stop the 2 yarns from getting tangled up?
Hi! Is there a substitute yarn that’s softer that I can use for this pattern?
Does this blanket use a lot of yarn?
