you can always install a wp plugin "file manager" or you also can use filezilla to connect via ftp

Go to Hostinger DNS settings and from there change the A records for your domain and point it towards your EC2 instance IP address.

if you are on a low budget side then go for GoDaddy and if you prefer performance over pricing then AWS.

simply goto GoDaddy DNS management and replace the current A record of your domain with the IP address of the EC2 instance you created with AWS.

No, for this video this IP is not static it will change everytime you restart your server from EC2 console. You need Elastic IP from the AWS to make it static.
