      @@WilsonKLee Full Service Restaurant, with buffet and catering. Just became new owners. Been in F&B 10+ years. However, new to Full Service Restaurant side, little to no starting capital, and in-house financing with previous owner. Very rough start. Looking to scale, automate, and create jobs for others. See the value of mentorship for explosive growth, wise guidance, without school of hard knocks. You've been great!

    Influencer marketing is a powerful strategy and if you post a series of videos showing how to do it in depth it would be a huge value given to your subscribers. Can you please make a video where you show how to organize the VIP event to receive influencers and what to do during this event. Thank you

    *influencer auditor* can be a great tool to use when finding influencers especially for startups as it offers a very large database to choose from

    thank you Wilson.. very valuable especially its true,, the smaller groups will be more open. I have seen that.. and they love free stuff.. its barter really...however you completed the vision..thank you for that. my question. what is your ratio, free party events to posting times? per week per month. what is that side of commitment to posting?

      i leave it completely to the influencers instead. this way they won't feel pressure and be much more likely to help and support.

    Hi Wilson,
    Niharika here from India, Mumbai. My mom have been running a cloud kitchen for the past 25 years. Her target audience has been corporate clients who prefer extremely healthy food.But over the years her business hasn't been dwindling. Hence, I have decided to work with my mom and give her the required help in any possible way. I wanted to know/understand will this method especially the connect+align, work for cloud kitchen as well ?
    If yes, please throw some light on it.
    If no, what's the better alternative?

      The ACE formula go through works for basically all types of businesses. It is super hard to run an effective business without knowing its purpose, its target market, and connecting with your customers. A cloud kitchen would fall into that as well. You still need to understand your customers and what they want. If what you offer doens't match what they want, they won't buy from you. Or they'll just be one time customers and never come back. You can't build a business from one-time customers.

    yeah but most restaurant owner does not have the time to do all of that... good idea but I don't if it's feasable in the real world

      Hey Emmanuel thanks for watching the video! I know that restaurant owners' schedules are packed. But I disagree that it isn't feasible in the real world. I know several restaurant owners and business owners who do a good chunk of the marketing themselves (this influencer marketing portion included). And I know some who did it at the start and eventually got someone else (either staff or agency) to take over that responsibility. Plus after doing it 2 or 3 times, you'll remember who to invite or already have a relationship with.
      It is okay if a restaurant owner isn't able to do influencer marketing (can't do everything I know), but I think it would be a missed marketing opportunity!
