    Ways to find your all-star team thru:
    1. Referrals
    2. Website & Social Media
    3. Job sites & newspaper
    4. Headhunters & consultants
    "A lot of times, what makes someone an all-star is when their values match your values." I sincerely agree with this statement. Thank you for this, Wilson. 🙌

    Good video, thanks. I had my doubts about your ideas at the beginning of the video but I was fully on board at the end. These values need to be repeated every so often to ensure they become Atomic Habits (James Clear)
    All the characteristics you look for require the person to “First seek to understand” as impulsive. Then to look upon every problem as a welcome challenge. Then to execute a step by step simple solution and wrap up with feedback (PDCA or TEFCAS)

    Love your videos, super insightful and educational. The bells and collision sounds are an odd choice. They are distracting and almost painful to try to ignore.

    i have worked in restaurants for years. Most people in those places have no integrity. So much theft. No accountability. Lot of drugs and nepotism. Horrible. The owners dont care because their only goal is to keep the stores running.

    • @WilsonKLee
      @WilsonKLee  3 года назад +1

      those are horrible cultures. i've also being in touch with restaurants that treat their staff like family.

    Consultants do not always equal heavy fees.........actually could be less cost than internal

    • @WilsonKLee
      @WilsonKLee  5 лет назад

      perhaps. just my experience with them is always quite heavy in fees.. anyone who is good and qualified will not charge any less because they know their worth... :)

      Agreed some consultants work with guarantees and an extensive network. Recommendation to work with someone with great experience and will get to know your culture and mission/values and negotiate rates always. Especially now with the pandemic, many have reduced fees. Let me know (and I also support entry level positions for customer service as they are hard to find and truly match up skill-set with customer service and create a high-performance team. Morgan@hospitalityconsulting.co I am here to support! Wilson great video with great experience and hands-on struggle finding amazing employees. GREAT JOB!

    You can’t have a ALL STAR 🌟 Staff without paying above $23.00 hr. In my area like a lot of metro areas there is over 4,000 plus jobs at 15hr….. Then there are over 1,500 jobs available ……for jobs $20hr. Finally there are less than 500 jobs available above $23hr. So if you want consistent workers not quitting over and over….. YOU MUST PAY $23hr to access workers that keep coming back. The days of low pay for hardworking staff is over. The moms have to be available for children of schools that treat kids like infectious aliens that must stay home at the drop of a simple cough. Not until kids are in school Fully can you have access to the 50% moms willing to work for low wages.

    • @sarahbean1367
      @sarahbean1367 4 года назад

      that can be very true however that also allows for good staff members to be taken advantage of! Without the care that employees are humans with hopes and dreams you do not have a humane employee. i apologize but being a waitress is not the most important thing in my life my hopes dreams and family are working for someone who will help me take care of those things allows me to take care of their business and put that on my top list of priorities, they can become a type of family to me.

    Much you pay your employees?
