- Here comes trouble! The Lionesses and three cubs of the Satara Lion Pride are joined by a young male.
Could he be the brother of the Lionesses or the son of one of the Lionesses and the half brother of the cubs?
Whatever...it only spells danger and he could be a threat to the cubs. Will he harm the three cubs of Casper The White Lion and Brothers?
Why don't the four Shish brothers expel this possible threat from the Pride?
Casper, Footloose, Mfowethu and Casanova shine in there absence!
Please Casper and Brothers do something before it is too late!
Filmed around the N'wanetsi River just south of Satara Rest-camp in Kruger National Park over a period of about 5 days.
GAME DRIVE ETIQUETTE - RULES (SANParks):
- When you come across a sighting, slowly pull over on the side of the road closest to the animal, but keep a safe distance and turn OFF your engine
- If there are animals in the road, immediately stop at least 20 m from them and PLEASE don't drive next to them or follow them closely
- The lane furthest from the sighting should NEVER be blocked, so that others can pass if they want to
- Don’t linger longer than a few minutes at a sighting, so that others can view it too
- Never go off the designated roads
- Never climb out of your vehicle during a drive, or hang out of your car windows or sunroof
- Don’t hoot or blare loud music
- Avoid driving into vegetation, as this could damage the environment or kill small animals
- During night drives, never shine a spotlight directly in animals’ eyes
- Never make noise to get animals to move, stand up or otherwise react for pictures
- Respect the rangers, and always comply with their requests or instructions

Wonderful sighting, seeing the Satara pride together on the road. I hope the mama lioness and her cubs are safe. With six lionesses, I hope to see more cubs in the near future.
The subadult male must have roots in this pride, there is no way he would be accepted so well if he was a stranger. I don't think he would kill cubs on purpose, as he must see them as younger sisters/brothers, plus he's still very young.
On the other hand, when Shish brotherhood will arrive, he will be in serious trouble. Well, he is in serious trouble being apparently the lone, very young male without a coalition...
The thing about that young male is he was put on guard duty while his fathers were at their other pride. He's a huge sudadult and with his mothers and aunties can fend of a coalition of 2 Male intruders but not 3.
I hope he has some brothers or coalition partners out there...
Seems like he's just trying to be part of his family roots. When Casper and brothers return, they will probably send him on his way. The females are being very protective of the cubs around him. Waiting for daddy, I guess.

That young male is just like Nguvu taking care of his mother's and sisters. No worries about him.
Do they ever make exceptions even if it’s rarely, To let a sub male even if theirs be in a pride lacking enough dominant males to protect them and in breeding I am very aware of and that’s a problem , I know when around two their dispelled from the pride and one day the Pride makes or male are nomads as a takeover took place and have sided up with a past son to make a go of it more successfully and even a few or more , What’s your take on this ? I have watched some of Casper and need to catch up , Out in the wild myself and sometimes alone and we have something I have seen I only thought existed in myths or the native Americans tales , It’s Real and flesh and blood , Seeing is part , Doing what no creature in my time I have seen could do and I have seen them all . Thanks I will catch up with Casper and the prides exploits and especially the sub adult still in this pride and posing a threat as his testosterone peaks , Be a ride …..

Obviously, the young male is a previous son.
The person in the video said it might be her brother.
Could that sub adult be related to the pride? Coz the pride seems to accept him. That sub adult could be in danger when the pride males finds him.

I think these lionesses and The young male are related , we'll see what Casper and his brothers do
is this an animal reserve or New York you see more cars than animals only thing missing is all the cabs
Apparently that young male is the son of one of them females that happened to show up from the Old Pride, the question is will Casper in his brothers put up with it?
He will probably run away when they come back. The females will help him escape hopefully.
@@maximusdesimus4713 to me his physical appearance makes him look like he's maybe two years old, and cuz of the females reaction whenever he showed up tells me that he is the son of one of them girls, and with the girls not having a strong reaction to try and run him off whenever Casper and his brother shows up I think he has about a fifty-fifty chance of getting to stay with the group, I just hope that somebody's able to the video it whenever Casper and his brothers to show up so they can show what happens with that young male

Obviously, he is related! Those females would've have lit him up if he wasn't! The cubs seems to like him too. My only worry is what will happen if the pride males catch him there.

I really hope casper & brothers except him because he is still very young sub.... poor thing is really scared. It's maybe her son or brother, i am thinking it's her brother. Cubs are safe the lioness would kill him if he does anything to them, which we can tell he won't. Truly hope he will get excepted, if he is on his own most likely other lions will kill him !
One of the brothers should be with the pride . I never see them with the pride.
The three Shish brothers are very strange...they hunt for themselves, always patrolling their territory and only join the lionesses when one is in heat to do the mating part. I would love to film them with the pride and the cubs...someday. I think when they are older they are going to depend on the lionesses more...but for now...they are the KINGS.

The females must know this young male somehow. They wouldn't be relaxed around him and definitely wouldn't allow him to come anywhere near the cubs if they didn't know him. Great sighting!

I personally feel the cubs are safe with the young adult. One thing about a lioness, she won’t let anyone near her cubs if she feels they’re a threat. So for all 6 lionesses to be on board with this young make being around, he must be alright.

Hes got to be related in some way, i mean they will tear members of their own pride up to keep them away from small cubs when they are first introduced to the pride. If he was a stranger all the lionesses would have been super aggressive and the cubs seem to be comfy around him.

Wouldn’t the young male be in more danger than the Cubs? He is obviously related to the pride and or very familiar I don’t think he is a threat to the Cubs; I think he is trying to get accepted.

Not a good things all these vehicles intertwining among the wildlife , The just so many Safari trained and that are respectful of distancing is what should be mandatory , Look at Yellowstone ! Changes can be made if those in power see the problem ? So show them the problem or elect ones that will , We have to many TRANSFERS IN MY COUNTRY AND STATE TOO ! That’s California.

Why you say he white he ain't white. And you call him Casper the same thing you call a black man in old movies days Casper knowing he was black as night but you call him Casper a name from a ghost cartoon .who you fooling dam sure aint me
