3:48 "Todd... I think your backhand's really good."
    Great answer, Jim.

Jimmy, there no pop of the wrist! The wrist is lagged through the hitting zone, they're not using active wrist.

"The new strings came in, and that changed everything." 😂 I guess we know where Courier comes down on the whole Kygs vs. Boris debate.

Jim, your forehand has nothing to envy the new ones, in fact, I’m a firm believer that your generation of players was much better than these new ones!! You were tougher mentally, had better match planning, were smarter. Sadly the game has changed!!

Courier´s forehand , backhand and serve was completely subpair and ridgid. He won 4 GS but imposing the recent increase of ball speed (very forced in Courier´s case) , a novelty that shook his rivals for a brief time in a era of very weak tennis except for Sampras and Agassi . He noticed it the moment that lucky lapse of years passed by and newcomers with right tecnique and fuidity plus top physical shape burst onto the scene. Then his poor tennis tecnique and strokes began to fall apart at the seams. For that it was a hell of an accomplisment for Jim Courier. Oh yes.

Would have won double the slams if not for Sampras. Nothing subpar or rigid about his game, and you can't measure tennis then by today's standards. Everything is different.

@@TheTMS726 Why? So many showed him from a very old and slowballer like Brad Gilbert to... let me make a random guess ... a Jaime Izaga. (Btw it's on you tube)
