    sarap naman makinig kay engr machan parang kuya mo lang na makulit pero mahusay na mag turo. thumbs up sayo sir.this is very helpful mas maganda at nkakaaattract pakingan ung lecture in terms of style and speaking kaysa sa modules lang na binabato sa gmeet. well sympre iba kasi sa online pero very helpful to ung 3 meetings namin tinira mo lang ng 2 vids

    Sir bakit po pag under reinforced nagyeyield yung stress ng bakal, pero pag over reinforce hindi nag yeild yung bakal? base po sa sinabi niyo sir parang baliktad po ata? maraming salamat po

      Unang bibigay yung concrete which is unsafe. However on under reinforced beams, pag bumigay yung bakal merong visual warning para makapagevacuate

      Pag ganyan na po siguro sobrang lakas na ng compresive strength ng concrete. Abot na ng 60Mpa pag ganyan bumaba sa 0.65. Baka may mga innovative admixture na yun. Pag normal concrete kasi nag vavary 20 to 40 mpa.

    hello po medjo low brainer here strength of materials palang po kami pero nag aadvance na. Can I ask po sa Pmin na part, why the higher value should we consider (sorry medjo nag cocontradict po sa isip ko yung minimum pero need higher value gamitin.

      Your answer should comply to both of the codes. If pinili mo yung mas maliit, hindi ka nagcomply sa isa pang minimum requirement :)

      Balanced - sabay bibigay yung concrete and steel reinf
      Under-Reinforced - Unang bibigay yung bakal
      Over-Reinforced - Unang bibigay yung Concrete
