    OMG....This was so good that all my friends thought I actually bought it from the cake dude down the road hes got some good cakes but nothing like this.it would prolly taste even better if you came and made it for us lol. Thank you for this recipe....PS I added 100 %pure vanilla icecream to the side.Have a great day subscriber for life.

    I am pretty sure is delicious, the combination of the sweet with berries is a dream.
    I have to tray this.
    When me or my kids feel like tres leches cake I make it really simple and it's delicious, I also tried different fruit,; 🥝, 🍑, or pineapple 🍍 on tap.

      There is soy condense milk, you can find it at Brazilian super markets and just swap the other milks for almond and coconut

    Is the frosting stiff enough to keep its shape.. for example by pipping roses around the sides?
    Beautiful cake! I make tres leches cake and I usually let it soak over night before decorating. As I am planning on making my baby girl 1st bday cake but two tier, this seems like an alternative as it’s not as soaked and the frosting looks deliciously divine!

      This frosting can be a little bit on the softer side. If you want super pretty roses, I would frost the cake with whipped cream frosting, let it chill, then use my Italian Meringue or French buttercream to make the roses :)

    HI TATYANA, I TRIED IT AND VERY DELICIOUS CAKE I WANTED TO ASK YOU WOULD I BE ABLE TO USE THE SAME RECIPE FOR A 9x13 CAKE PAN TO MAKE ONLY 2 LAYERS INSTEAD OF THE 4 LAYERS USING THE 2 8” CAKE PANS?

      Hi! I'm so happy you loved the cake! Yes, you can use a 9x13-inch pan instead of the round pans. Bake at the same temperature until the top of the cake is a golden color.

      Absolutely! :) It stands well in the refrigerator! I recommend either wrapping the sides with plastic wrap or frosting the sides with the whipped cream frosting. Enjoy! :)

      Yes, you can absolutely frost the sides of the cake, too with the whipped cream. No, this frosting isn't too sweet at all. You can also reduce the confectioner's sugar. Enjoy! :)

      Tatyana. I made this cake a few weeks ago. All my family loved it. Not too sweet, but so delicious.
      I’m going to make it again this weekend.
      The cake is for Saturday. Can I make the mascarpone whipped cream Thursday and mount it Friday? I really don’t have too much time to make in just one day.

      @@mariaaballista7948 I'm so glad you enjoyed the recipe! :) I would recommend making the cake layers on Thursday instead of the frosting. It can go flat in the mixing bowl. Just let the cake layers cool, then wrap them very well in plastic wrap and keep at room temperature, then assemble on Friday. It will be perfect for Saturday! Enjoy! :)

      The cake will be extra soft and a little harder to cut. Giving it an even an hour in the fridge will make it easier to serve :)

      No, it should stand quite well overnight in the refrigerator. Just don't super oversoak the layers and you should be fine :)

      Hmm, I've never had any issues with my cake recipes and using berries. I think if you wanted to leave the cake for a long time but this one should be enjoyed within a few days
