Hi Donna! I am glad you like the video. The garden is holding up great, my friend really enjoying it. Here is the list including most of the items I purchased, I hope it will facilitated your new project.
1) 3 Bobo hydrangeas 39.99 each.
2) Outdoor chair set 99.99 from Wayfair.
3) Fountain 129.99 also from Wayfair.
4) Chair cushion from Fred Meyer 30.00 both, when they were 70% off.
5) Large pot 15.00 from Ross
6) Herd and scallion
7) Little wagon, dream sign, 2 mushroom, butterfly and 3 tier planter came from Fred Meyer.
8) Flowers included: Marygold, Arborvitae emerald green, daisy, sweet potato vine, and Ornamental pepper.

This is glorious, I've been looking for "outdoor landscape design ideas" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Giyily Landscaping Yatty - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my partner got great success with it.

Im 59 yrs old and the only thing I regret not having in my generation was the use of the internet as we have today! How much more knowledgeable I would be at this point in my life and probably done with all the projects I wish I could even start! Instead, I just discovered this whole RUclips world (besides music videos) in the later years of my life... I don't have the strength to bend over or carry heavy things anymore so doing this would be very exhausting, nonetheless I continue watching to get inspired. Your makeover turned out beautiful and that large planter with all the color blooms, just adorable!
What a forward thinking comment! Glad you discovered RUclips - even when u did! :) never too late to put some of the knowledge shared here to use. I sometimes arrange flowers from the supermarket based on these videos - super relaxing and easy on the body!
When I moved (down sized) in 2016 I only hooked up my internet and was planning on ding to TV later. Then I discovered You Tube! I ended up getting rid of the TV and only have cable. I see plenty of world events, movies, gardening and all kinds of things on You Tube and the internet. It's a gigantic research tool. Plus the music. Concerts galore. :-)
Don't worry I'm 33 got internet and so far I have killed 6 hydrangea plants jiijiji
@@blackswan568 plant them in better soil and give them more water. They do great with morning sun and afternoon shade. So plant on the east side . Good luck.

To finish your garden put down pine bark. It holds moisture in the ground for your plants. Also when it rains that black dirt won't splash up on your fence. Also make sure whatever you plant to make sure the areas you are placing them in is a plant that will thrive in direct sunlight if it's a plant that likes sunlight. Or if the plant needs more shade then it will thrive better. Those gardinas like shade,they will burn up in the sun. It looks beautiful.

The vast majority of people did at one time. Not anymore. People don't seem to have any interest in doing much of anything that doesn't involve partying or tv or video games! It's really sad!

Really enjoyed your video! The only thing I would do different is to fill the holes with water and let it settle before adding the plants. That gives them a good start from the bottom up.

Helen Anhkhoa Mai, if you are reading this. I have a small suggestion that could make your yard look even more pleasant and stunning. I did with mine you could do on yours. You have tile floor. It’s sort of pink. You can get a dark red burgundy or wine color paint and do checkered finish on the tiles using this burgundy wine paint. You seem to have brick tiles so it should work fine. I feel that color paint will make all the greens pop. Also maybe get hanging or climbing plants such as climbing roses for the sides of the fence. Try maybe adding gold accents or even paint some things with shiny gold
Paint like the top of the small fence that separates the tile floor and flowers. Gold and cherry red go well. Also maybe porch lights. The hanging lights for nighttime maybe. But these are just suggestions or ideas that could help. :) hope they could help.

So pretty! I just did my yard as well. I suggest you add mulch to keep the soil from making mid. It will stop the mud from splashing on your fence. Beautiful job ❣️

I love the colors you chose and the placement except I try to look at the size they are going to be because when I was younger I didn't & they would die because I guess they choked each other & I always open the swirl of the roots. Mine never looked that amazing right from the start tho either. You did an awesome job!!!

This reminds me of the back patio at townhouse we owned in downtown Atlanta, GA. It was smaller than yours and I had to carry everything up a flight of stairs through the kitchen/dining area and out the back door! I didn’t have an outdoor water faucet either so it all had to be watered by a watering can! I loved it though...never got the rain barrel hooked up! 😆 You did a wonderful job! Happy Gardening!
