Ana, what a beautiful pieces. The little frogs are so sweet as they always are.
The salt pigs so cute, that lid as a nose, it makes me smile.
All your work is so very detailed, so fine, i love it a lot.
Yes, thrift shops, me too like to wonder around in there, i always go first to the wood section, searching for molds and then looking for textures.
Thank you for this video Ana.
Have a wonderful day
👋
❤
Sheila
@@Skarande-1 awe thank you so much Sheila! You’re so sweet!🙏🏻💕
@@anasclayhouse you are welcome ♡
Oh my gosh! Yes my suggestion on the adorable pig pot is to make the lid positioning his nose as the handle. I can’t attach a photo of the drawing I just made for you, you probably know what I mean about the lid and the handle.
@@CeeJayKay thank you for the suggestion!😊🙏🏻
Such beautiful pieces Ana! Looking forward to watching your frog sculpting tutorial 🐸 all your frogs are so cute!
Love that little night fox too
@@RedEftDesigns thank you so much Amanda! I’ll be doing the sculpting tutorial tomorrow, then editing!👍🏻🐸
So sorry I missed your live.
@@andreamcveety8193 that’s ok Andrea. I somehow created two lives, I messed up. I’ll make sure it won’t happen again next time!😅💕
Beautiful pieces love them all and yes for the pin link I will definitely be using some of your combos for my glazing soon. Thank you so much.
@@mystierichards8252 thank you Mystie! I added the link to my description! I might be getting more from this seller. The one I got it’s very well made. The shipping took a little longer but it was worth it.👍🏻
@@anasclayhouse I actually have several of his pins and they are very deep textured pins thank you pointing this one out it’s lovely, ordered one! 😊
@@mystierichards8252 I just got another one too!🤭
@@anasclayhouse yeah the tree in the woods one is great!
Your live is over Ana , but so glad I’m able to catch this now …. Looking forward to the Cuerda Seca workshop .
@@lindamorris5985 thank you Linda, me too. These last two weekends were so much fun. I’m always very impressed with the work that people produce from my workshops and it makes me so happy!🙏🏻💕
Hi, finally managed to get ur RUclips today. I love ur sculptures and your use of colour. Jeanette 🇬🇧
@@jeanettesherratt1276 thank you Jeanette and welcome to my channel! I’ll be doing more sculpting tutorials.👍🏻💕
Hi Ana. I love your videos. Your work is absolutely gorgeous. It's so funny that you mentioned using a wok for a mold as I also have a bowl currently sitting in a wok to give it some shape.
@@maryleeedwards1082 thank you so much Mary, I appreciate that! That’s funny, great minds think alike!🙌💕
Great kiln unload. Ana! I love the starfish. Beautiful combos.
@@patspotpage thank you so much Pat. I’m so embarrassed about my failure of a live video. I’ll make sure that doesn’t happen again. Thank you for being there patiently waiting, oh my goodness. I’m surprised you’re all being so kind to me. 😭🙏🏻💕
@@anasclayhouse nonsense! Technology is a fickle beast. We all have glitches from time to time. I'm just glad that you were able to post! Thanks for sharing your pieces and your process!
Oh… and make a semi circle hole at the edge if the lid for the mouth, and you could even make a scoop/spoon with a curved handle as the tongue poking out the top of the lid thru the mouth.
@@CeeJayKay that would be cute! Thank you!💕😂
Anna as always you blow me away with your glaze work and sculpting skills. The time you take on your pieces shines through!
@@finklepottery704 Awe thank you so much Lisa, I appreciate your encouraging words! I hope you had a great time in Greece!🙏🏻💕
Gorgeous poinsettia bowl! COCONUT OIL?...I have to try that! Your salt pigs are so refined! Lovely ❤️. The link to the roller would be great. It is so nice. That 🐸! Love. Shells for the feet!LOVE. Everything is so great, Ana. Thanks for sharing!
@@AudreyLynnStudios Awe thank you so much Audrey. And sorry again, I don’t even know how this mess up happened!😅
Maybe we should do a video together! I could see the chatting going on and I had no idea you could not see me. I thought no one wanted to talk to me!🤣I’ll add the link for the roller in the description.👍🏻
Did you do a tutorial on making your birds? You sculptures are great.
Here’s one on bird sculptures. I also have a 3 part live video on the birds I attach to a mug.

LOL, we were all on the other live...the one that never went live! If that's a messy studio, mine it horrific!
@@patspotpage Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry Pat!😢 I’ll try to do better next time!🙏🏻
Love the trinket dishes with the fox❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! I’ll have a tutorial soon. I’m expanding from frogs and birds!😂
The 2nd piece you showed is just outright awesome. One of the nicer pieces I've seen in any kiln opening. You could try a cork for the lid on your other pot. Great job!
@@OldSargePottery-Music thank you so much! This means a lot to me and I appreciate it! I love your suggestion of a cork lid. I think it would look great with the raw clay. Thanks again!🙏🏻
Some lovely pieces Ana, love the bowls and the salt pig pots ❤
@@ceramicsbyjulia8552 thank you so much Julia, I had fun making the salt pigs. The slab building feels a little awkward to me just because I don’t make a whole lot of it.😅
Ana, sorry I missed your live kiln opening. I am loving your use of Soft White! Beautiful poinsettia bowl, and great tip for the pedestal. Great tip on the coconut oil, I’ll have to try that too. Oh I love your little fox! I’m looking forward to your tutorial on carving. ❤️
Thanks Ana for sharing! ☺️
@@Liseliselpottery thank you so much Lise! The sculpting tutorial will be here soon!👍🏻💕
Beautiful large platter Ana ❤ I love it!
@@kathleen8203 thank you so much Kathleen!🙏🏻💕
Hi Ana! What a beautiful pieces! Love the bowls and the fox, and your beautiful dog❤ that is a good idea. I should sculp my dog❤ maybe I can try at least
@@Ellen.s.atelier thank you so much Ellen! I’m sure you can do it. I always try to challenge myself making sculptures of animals that I’ve never done before. It does take much longer but as they say practice makes perfect. I don’t believe art is perfect by no means but you do get better the more you make or sculpt, muscle memory!🤭🙏🏻💕
@@anasclayhouse I will definitely try! I was surprised by my sea turtle so maybe I can do a dog too!
Beautiful crackle glazez
Thanks! They are all Laguna crackle glazes.👍🏻
Ack, missed your live, but watching from Costa Rica!
@@PerrinPottery hi Sarah, no worries. Enjoy your vacay, I’ve heard Costa Rica is beautiful. I messed up with my live video and I hope I won’t make that mistake again.😅🙏🏻
@@anasclayhouseI was thinking of you when I was taking pictures of all the beautiful floral and fauna! We have a momma sloth and baby sloth that live in a tree just outside our room, and we even saw Toucans! Anyways, you’d love it.
@@PerrinPottery awe how sweet! It’s similar to Brazil, I love it!🥰
Hey Ana when do you think you will do the frog tutorial? x
@@littleflower.business it will probably be Wednesday or Thursday.🙏🏻💕
@@anasclayhouse thank you so much! x
I love making the one piece boxes but I always have trouble with lids sticking. I fire to ^10 so I know the glaze can get runny
@@kathleen8203 I use a mixture of liquid wax and alumina hydrate. It usually prevents sticking unless the glaze drips over. I try to use stable glazes.
Oh and an idea for the spoon why not make a ceramic scoop?
@@littleflower.business thanks! I’m thinking about it!😊👍🏻
Was the point setter rolled out on a slab first? Very nice
Yes, I’m posting a tutorial on that one today!👍🏻
Wow I'm watching form india
@@BhairuPrjapatJalkheda awesome and welcome!🤗
