Sharon Case seems like someone you'd really getting to know in real life -- very friendly, open and lively with a breezy confidence.
I agree! What amazes me about her, is her caring ways with children and the love for them, but in real life never wanted any of her own in her "life! Amazing! SHE is so caring & loving. I cry every time her & Josh do that scene about Cassie.

As someone who has lost a Son, I can relate with Sharon. We lost Our Son in 2005. All the scenes Sharon plays when it comes to losing her daughter were sooo touching. We tune into soaps 2 escape the harsh/grim realities of everyday Babylon,yea mon!
Boy,I miss the golden era of soap operas when they were on all day on all three major networks,now ironically there are like three left.
Trashy reality shows took their place,they’re worse than the nastiest soap,they’re not even professional actors,taking their jobs away from them,what the...?!?!?!
Overseas,they’re still mad about soaps,they even air of Sundays,so they are literally on every single day,OK?
And they’re gritty,just like soaps used 2 be here,but they’re way more urban,not suburban like they are here,not everyone is pretty,a lot of ‘em are regular/working class types,always in the streets,which gives it more credibility in general.
The episode of y&r on Friday was a true cliffhanger,the most dramatic episode that they’ve had in years.
All of ‘em used 2 be like that,then they went 2 hitting it w/the drama on Fridays,now it’s like once in a blue moon,but we stay tuned in,just in case...
Speaking of which,I’ve had it bad 4 miss case,almost since she’s been on there,WOW?!
I just can’t get over how good she’s been 4 this whole 1/4 of a century,still looking absolutely beautiful/incredible/gorgeous(miss those bikini 👙/lingerie scenes,OMG)?!?!?!
She works any article of clothing that she rocks,as she/Eric/michelle always steal every scene that they’re in,as soon as they walk in the door!
Now it’s going 2 be 1 helluva ride now,since any day now,Adam will be locked up 4 various crimes,but in soap opera land,how long will that be?

Such a beautiful lady. I love watching her and Melody together. Their scenes at times bring me to tears. This is why we watch soaps. I was sad to see All My Children and One Life to Live go off the air for talk shows. I hope the soaps that are left stay on for a long time for the fans.

Always knew Sharon was the love of Adam's life but, its is good to hear that Adam is the love of Sharon's life. I honestly don't remember the other actors that played Sharon, SC is the only Sharon to me and the character is my favorite on the show. Like SC and MF said she is a complicated character that you can't help but cheer for and cry with. Sharon and Dru were one of the best friendships on the show, I wish we could get Dru back. I actually started watching Y & R after All My Children went off the air, as I was so into all those character and was so sad when it was cancelled. So, i turned the channel and there was Young & Restless and immediately was hooked on it...and the one character/person i related the most to was Sharon! I love her no matter what she's doing on the show... you cant dislike her no matter what situation she's in....Miss Sharon Case......you are my favorite person on your show and I hope you are there another 25 yrs....! YOU ARE A ROCK STAR!

I have to agree. If Sharon & Josh were to be the next Nikki & Victor, I couldn't think of anyone else I would want to take their place. But....I love the idea of Sharon & Rey, Abby & Chance together. Seeing Cassie's death brought memories of my mothers I did exactly the same thing as Sharon the character did put her head down on Cassie's stomach. I cried like a baby
I remember when she started. I was pregnant with my first child, after 5 miscarriages, puking my guts out and this gorgeous thing comes onto Young and the restless!
Have watched YandR since June 1977. Nick and Sharon have always been my favorite couple on the show. Joshua Morrow and Sharon Case have always worked well together. Congrats on 26 years ! Where did the time go ?

I've always liked Sharon from her first day back when she met Nick. Her mom was disabled and she was helping Sharon to raise Cassie. Nikki didn't like Sharon and her mom set Nikki straight.
