The yellow "wiring" in the rear door is the emergency door release.
What is the wire doing here? It shows passengers won’t know how to exit in case of an emergency.
Correct 👍
@@Erikkrols I agree that Tesla could do a much better job of making that feature be more visible and accessible to passengers of their vehicles. I bought high visible velcro "pull loops" that connects to the emergency latch releases and protrude into the door pockets of my Model Y rear doors so my rear seat passengers can easily get them if an emergency ever happens.
@@hvu6037 That's a good idea, Tesla really should have done a more visible approach from the start. I rarely ever have passengers, but I will still probably do that to mine.

The best things about TFL getting this truck:
-It’s going to be tested like no other channel
-It’s going to actually be off roaded
-It’ll get a true range test (maybe even road trip…?)
-TFL will give it a real towing test
-You’ll do a proper drag race against a lot the cars in your collection that’ll be be exciting
TFL, you may have spent a lot on this thing, but you’ve bought Raptors, big Ram off road trucks, other Teslas (lol), Hellcat, and modded a ton of cars!
Have fun with it, don’t regret the purchase too much (unless it breaks).

If you can, I'd like to see what happens when you get some tires that match the rivian/Hummer EV and see how it affects performance relative to the stock tire.
It's actually perfect timing. You get it the week they unlock off-road mode.
So glad I don't have a 4x4 that requires the manufacturer to 'unlock' some feature that is already built in. Same for many newer cars. The feature as a paid service model does not belong in cars.
LOL @ "unlock off road mode",
Tesla was too busy firing the entire charging team to tell you about your truck. Looking forward to the Ike Gauntlet.
Top Gear did a off road test after the software update, it did surprisingly good
Why is it so surprising. Intelligently controlled traction 4wd. Unmatched clearance, power, ride control, torque, power on demand as opposed to burning fuel as you idle, regenerative braking, meaning extra distance overlanding.

You’re 100% wrong. Cybertruck videos on RUclips are hot right now. They will obviously lose money on the truck if they sell it down the road, but they will undoubtedly make the money back (and more) from ad revenue and sponsorships on the videos they make with this truck. Not to mention, everything they buy is written off as a business expense.
Wow just haters. Deal with the fact cybertruck is exciting and different. They just got the off road software and jumped it in the desert. It's a beast
Would have expected that to be the Hummer, which was clunky, often broken, and boring.
Tesla at least has some intrigue, although short lived.

Roman never ceases to amaze me with his opinionated comments that seem to be mostly his concerns verses the masses who watch this channel. He comes off on this video that he regrets the investment. Electric trucks do not come with lockers being most do not utilize gearing axles.
His tone was sour throughout the entire video. Very poor display by Roman today.
Elon said the Cybertruck has lockers. There is a non-functional locker button on the screen.
The cybertruck has front and rear lockers they just got enabled in the latest update
Why buy junk if you regret it, return it!
Found this on the Cybertruck per lockers. Which Cybertruck type has differential lockers?
Both All-Wheel Drive and Cyberbeast vehicles have the hardware necessary to enable differential locking.
Cyberbeast has locking differentials on the front axle only. Since the rear axle features two independent motors, it does not require a differential locker for off-road use.
Cybertruck All-Wheel Drive has locking differentials on both front and rear axles.
The differential lockers are currently inactive and will be enabled in the future with an over-the-air software update.

Hello guys. I agree with you, I'm not a petrolhead, but I have followed the development of vehicles and even if I'm ok with being a passenger I have always loved to feel the inovations in driving a car and preferably awd trucks for use in my work.
