this should of been used on monster or even sonic boom. fits those albums much more then PC. thanks or Posting, I no longer needed to get my bootleg out of storage
Bobby Lantz i agree. Both those album get little play from me anymore after the first few weeks of owning. just feel this track specifically wouldn for since gene loves using old demos for new albums.
Almost every song on Monster is amazing Sonic Boom is not quite as good but it's still good they're true honest Kiss albums which is what people were whining about with Psycho Circus so..
This ended up being used for his solo album asshole, so did the unreleased song carnival of souls. And parts of rain keeps Fallin. Same with the song are you ready from his box set, that ended up being turned into eat your heart out from monster
@@thefonzkiss "I' m sorry but it' s Ace Frehley on lead guitar since Gene Simmons says it in the song at 1 minute 41 secondes : listen carefully and you' ll see"
Sounds too clean to be Ace. Ace was the quintessential 70s lead guitarist- bad ass licks with warts and all. He plays a lot like Jimmy Page in style. This is either Bruce or another studio musician. Gene is trying to "sell" it.
Ace did all the demos with Gene, like Into The Void when they rearranged the song, this one In Your Face and It’s My Life. Apparently Paul was the one that wanted both Ace and Peter out of the record.

This is WAY Better than anything on those 2 albums.

It was on asshole Genes 2nd solo album

Wonder if Ozzy F could do me a cd of all the psycho circus demos that didn't make the album? That would make my year.
So COOL!

Why is this so much better than the A-hole version?
Because it's not overlayered and has a better drum groove.
Most likely, Gene on bass, Ace on lead, Thayer on rhythm and Kevin on drums
No Ace.

Exactly.!!
Is this before Gene´s solo album? Is this really KISS?
Gene says Ace! is this Ace?

Bobby Lantz could very well be Ace, considering he was in the studio and recorded lead vocals & lead guitar on 3 tracks.
Ace did all the demos with Gene, like Into The Void when they rearranged the song, this one In Your Face and It’s My Life. Apparently Paul was the one that wanted both Ace and Peter out of the record.
Peter A. Michaelsen that’s bullshit, the part about Paul. depending on who you ask, it was lawyers or Bob.
Is Thayer
Bruce Fairbairn was a lousy producer. He ruined AC/DC Live 1992 by putting blank spaces between the songs. And he gave up great songs like this.
On Gene Simmons solo album
Not this version with Ace and Kevin.
ACE GENE PETER PAUL
Dominic Devom not Peter 🙄, this is Kevin
@ShockMe1994 Not Paul either but can't be sure.! Probaly Thayer.😢
