Hi all! We are Alexus and Michi (an American German International LGBT Couple). In this video, we (PhD students living in Oahu, Hawaii) take a day trip to Leiden, Netherlands (Holland). In this Europe travel vlog, we show you what the Netherlands (Holland) looks like in the winter time, where to go and what to do in Leiden, vegan places (amazing vegan food options!) in Leiden, and take you on a walking tour of Leiden. Leiden, one of the best cities to visit in the Netherlands, is also known as Little Amsterdam of Holland because of the canals and houseboats! It was the European City of Science in 2022. If you’re looking to visit art, history, and science museums, Leiden could be the place to visit!
