I used to love looking at insects when I was a kid and I’d observe the same with the common housefly ... I would think this rubbing as similar ... but less evil, and more “... eureka! I’ve arrived at a huge food park!”
I hope it's a joke and you realize they use a tripod or some other equipment. I mean did so many people really believe a cameraman could keep his hands still for several minutes to create those sped-up shots. I hope not

This kinda thing is the very essence of "Ignorance is a Bliss". There's a time that I picked a fresh cabbage that have a clear sign of it being eaten from inside out, found some larvae and a roach. My grandfather just take the cabbage, wash it and make some salad out of it for lunch. All he said is that nobody will buy it despite it's a fine cabbage, and its better to eat it ourselves. Is it disgusting? Yes. Is it fine to eat? Like everything else, just clean it properly and it's fine. There's a lot more... gross example but I'll refrain from telling that.
I read a book series with worms like that. Two actually, now that I think about it. One was the Eragon series, the other was the Gone series by Michael Grant.

Okay, so I was scrolling through youtube when I got this in my recommendations tab, but the rest of the title got cut off, and there was just periods, so what the title looked like was: "leaf miner fly babies scribble all over you" and I had a reason to believe that it said that, because this channel always puts "| Deep look" at the end of every video.
