I use Ecamm Live Pro to record all my videos and a tool called Pro Mouse to highlight areas of the screen. Hope that answers the question, thanks for the comment and support of the channel
@@joesamuel3804 thanks for the comment and support of the channel. Yes the comments from social destinations like LinkedIn come into StreamYard also. I must also share that LinkedIn specifically has had many issues with comments and that has nothing to do with StreamYard.
Hi. I am so happy to have found this video. I am evaluating webinar platforms. I prefer something where attendees can be seen/featured, like guests on a stream. Is there a tool that allows for that? You mentioned Zoom meetings, but I don't want people to have to download Zoom and I need them to register. Can I do what I need to do with Ecamm (Stream + webinar)? Also, what community platform is your community in? I am in Circle and I would prefer to keep all my memberships in there if possible.
Oh wow thanks for the comment and support of the channel. I use Kajabi for my community group / membership but I’ve experienced Circle and it’s comparable. As for Ecamm it’s my go to for all my content BUT it isn’t a webinar platform it can be used in conjunction with Zoom. However this video you’re watching is about StreamYard OnAir which is a great option and they’ve updated it to allow bringing attendees on screen. In fact my latest video (released today) is about that’s function bring Attendees on screen with StreamYard On-Air | Zoom Replacement ruclips.net/video/dKUBoDc0Azs/видео.html
Thank you for this! I like the webinar capability in streamyard. The main issue I struggle tremendously with that zoom does have and sy has omitted is the email notification to the host when someone registers. I have to manually check this every few days to see how many registered. The registrants gets a notification along with reminders which is awesome but we (host) need to know as well how many to prepare accordingly. Other than this I love the webinar option.
Totally agree it's not perfect but I'm happy to share they just released new functionality allowing for custom fields in the registration form. There might be hope for them adding notification emails for the host as well.
Great video! Thank you! Can you send reminder emails to registrants with a select all feature? So everyone can get their reminders all at once. Has anyone used this for multi-day webinars?
I don't believe you can use this system to send customized email to your registrants BUT you can export your list and then import it into your own mailing system.
@@kirkrnugent Thank you for the response. Last year we used Hopin for our event but that email feature was torture. We wanted to resend a reminder email like you can do on Zoom for registration, because some emails go to spam etc., but we had to do it manually one by one. We had 1000 people registered. 😐 I love StreamYard so I think I will do that export idea.
This is an unfair comparison but one that I get asked about often. Ecamm is leaps and bounds better than StreamYard and I will probably do a video on this soon. Ecamm has a virtual camera which allows me to use it in Zoom as if it’s a live production. The same functionality would allow me to use Ecamm in StreamYard as well but I have never been happy with the video quality when I use it that way. Hope that answers your question. Thanks for the support of the channel.

Thanks for the comment I would check with StreamYard… I’ve done easily 1000+ shows with StreamYard and never had a guest unable to enter the studio. I would be interested to understand what caused that. Just for some additional context, the OnAir studio is the exact same as the regular studio they click the link, give access to camera and mic then click enter studio. What part redid they get stopped on?
You can invite anyone to be on screen the same way you would in any StreamYard show but it’s totally different from Zoom the viewer would have to get the link and leave their viewing experience to come into the studio and be added on screen.
How does this compare to something like Webinar Jam where you can pop up purchase links for a product in the offer/conversion portion of a live webinar? I don't know any of the Streamyard features... so does it have some elegant looking panels that can present hyperlinks to a checkout page on your Kajabi site, for example?
