Isprava - Goa is a big state 🤦🏻♂️ the anchor is right. Goa is crumbling under the weight , but more of the brash types propping up the high end of the market. As for the two other panellists, other than the Goan, it’s only about the money, and nothing else. Goa and Goans be dammed.

builder loppy just raising false price to sell their properties. navi mumbai airport is bigger and getting well connected with MTHL 22 kms sea link, mumbai delhi road, mumbai goa road still areas right in front of airport like ULWE apartments are not selling. post covid lockdown economy has crashed and cash is over. be realistic. fake. not to mention, goa is not same like before. Locals are not welcoming and treat indians from other states as outsiders, call them GHATI, Immigrants etc.
