How can anyone link the UK government with "Democracy"? Here you have a non-elected Upper chamber, an un elected foriegn minister and an unelected head of state and an "electoral system" designed to keep working class people out of office. To cap it all, the country has foreign forces occupying it, with very lop-sided treaty conditions between the Natives and the occupiers. What sort of "Democracy" is that? The voters can change the personnel of the government, but they cannot by voting, change the government policies because those are made in Washington DC and are not under British control.
