- In this video, I am actually using a "half-chirp", not a stab scratch. The sound produced by the stab scratch and "half-chirp", however, are the same. Please keep that in mind! Check out the stab scratch technique here by DJ Angelo: • Turntable Tutorial 6 -...

Time to grind out those scribbles!
Waiting on my control so I can start practicing can't wait 😊
Let me know when it comes 💪🏾💪🏾
Yes I will it should be delivered today so hopefully I can start by Monday at least between my day job. Also trying to get a pair of ev powered speakers 12s or 15s to start with as my previous set up has done its time.
Very easy to follow and understand, will definitely try this out thanks Lift Off ✈👏 an 🆘 here, my scratches don't sound very clean yet 😔
🙏🏾 appreciate the support man! And keep grinding, it’ll come!
@@DJLiftOFF yes Sir! I'll grind til I get it right ✅
Nice video bro! I found out you use half-Chirp a lot, is it just stab done in your own way?
Appreciate you! And wow, I meant to mention that in the video but yes, it’s technically a half chirp but sounds like a stab. If I’m doing transformer scratches, I’ll use the stab technique, but if with chirps, baby scratches, etc, I do the half chirp!
I like watching you.
How many bars long should be scratch transition for wedding format? 1 or 2 bars?
For a wedding, I would recommend 1 bar!
the pull back side of chirp is the death of me :(
Keep grinding and practicing! You’ll get it 🙏🏾
Hello friend, notice what features it has since I have a T7 and the audio sounds strange and it's not latency, it could be my PC, that's why I'm asking you questions
What does the audio sound like? Less quality, choppy, etc?
You using the T7 a lot now is it cause you truly like it or some kinda contract thing ? Asking cause I just had to return my rane one and considering it
I do have a partnership with Hercules, but this particular video was made with no obligation. I’ve also been using it for my shorter mixes on Tik Tok with absolutely no obligation.
I truly enjoy it! It has essentially everything I need. Feels great. Only thing I see as a minor thing is that the crossfader isn’t great for extremely precise scratching like crabs. But it’s still great, especially at its price.
@@DJLiftOFF that’s what I was thinking but saw innofader has a crossfader replacement might just switch that out 👍🏽
@@Dj_1ktray yup, 100% - I’ll be looking out for reviews on that myself. I mean, I like it how it is, but at the same time, I could see myself eventually doing the upgrade for the long term.
Where can i get the white T7 vinyls?
Will follow up with you on that! Not 100% yet.
@@DJLiftOFF appreciate it! I’m not that popular to get a pair lol… just want white ones then I’ll start posting some clips 🤣
@@DjTecniq no doubt! And ahah, how do you like it so far??
@@DJLiftOFF just got the tracking from agi earlier today won’t be here till Tuesday unfortunately. But it’s all good
@@DjTecniq ahhh got ya. Let me know how you like it once you get it 💪🏾

@@DJLiftOFF is it better than the rev7 ima bout to get rid of my rane one

is not a scribble scratch..is more like Joe Cooleys..
Yeah, I recently realized people explain the scribble in different ways. I would even say it’s just a 2x speed baby scratch.
I’ve seen 3 different explanations though. I learned that as the scribble, so I’m sure it’s different for various DJs 🤷🏾♂️
