My grandparents old house from when I was very young had a small balcony off a bathroom, but it was an en-suite. So in theory anyone using the balcony and bathroom was already sharing a bedroom. I’m enjoying the renovation in this neighborhood- I always thought these houses had a lot of potential but I never play in them as is.
The idea of a balcony being off the bathroom is really charming in my opinion. Like it seems really peaceful. Imagine taking a bath with the balcony doors open, the breeze and the sun coming in. That sounds so lovely

Even though I have every single pack I still get so excited for this series. I have a save with pack limited and base game only builds, so every time you upload one I download it. I know you get a ton of requests but after you're done with the base game worlds a pack+base for each world would be so much fun.
My favourite serieeees 😍 I'm filling up my legacy challenge save file with mostly your builds, they are just brilliant! And I love the fact you've been doing them more player friendly ❤️

Perfect timing on this build! I had been using this neighborhood for my modern rich sim houses but I wanted to go back to the original Spanish/Mediterranean style and there was one 30x20 lot that I still needed something for. LOVE this.

Not enough people work on this house! I renovated it for my new couple and their twins in November and was looking for more inspiration since there aren’t many videos on this house! Love this series!
It looks so much better!! I remember you talked about re-renovating your ea renovations with how you'd decorate them with all the other packs and no restrictions and I'd love to see that as well!!

So glad that I came across your channel a little late in the game because it gives me the chance to comfortably binge watch xD I see that you sometimes like to get ideas of builds from your viewers so I came up with two ideas.. 1) a symmetrical building whether its the exterior, interior or both..2) a series where where you use each of the primary colors as the theme for the build inside and out.. great build btw ( : now back to binging

Love this reno! I am currently playing in the EA version of this lot (with a little bit of my own renovations), but you really did a fantastic job on this house! I love the color decisions you made both exterior and interior; it is fresh and unique while still fitting the style. Can’t wait to add it to my game!
It's not a balcony, but my house has a door leading outside in the master bath. I guess if I ever want to air dry in the backyard, the option is there.

I’m currently using this house for Dina Caliente and her two sons. She married a sim who was very similar to Don Lothario. After the messy divorce she allowed him to see the sons, left him the they moved to when they first married. Her teenage son recently graduated high school and her youngest son is gonna age to teen soon. As for Dina Caliente she met a doctor who’s her age, single, and looking for a serious relationship.

The first house we rented for a family vacation in Florida had a small balcony off the upstairs main powder room/bathroom noone used it lol and it was just to stand on my kid loved it but noone else used it.
A lot of people seem to love your save games with overhauls. Do you have a save file of entire place overhauled in just base game?

Recently my game has been crashing so freaking often... it never happened to me before. Yesterday I lost the entire build I'd worked on for 6 hours, and last week I lost a week of gameplay ... cause I forgot to save.

I’m posting this here so people are aware. My EA account I’ve had since the beginning of the Sims 3, back in 2010 was deleted by EA. I thought I was simply just locked out (and the email I had attached the account to is about the same age. Safe to say yahoo deletes your email account after a year of no activity. I haven’t had a reason to log in cause I know my password and email.) I was not just locked out after speaking to a EA rep they informed me the act had been deleted. I advised them I hadn’t touched my account in like a month in a half so I didn’t delete it. They told me to go to my email and restore it. I explained that’s not possible the email is no longer active. They advised there wasn’t anything they could do. Okay, I said well can I be reimbursed or credited for my games (I Owned all Sims 3 packs, and Sims 4 pack, as well as Sims medieval). I didn’t even want the money I wanted my games, I had over 780 hrs in Sims 4 and 500 something in Sims three. But they never answered me. I’ve messaged them and I know their help representatives don’t deserve to be fussed at and they have limited resources. So there is no point in raising hell at them, but I am saying I still have not heard from them and I lost all my games and money that I invested. I write this to warn you guys, if your account does get deleted it seems EA doesn’t care. Even if you have credit card purchases and digital footprints showing where you bought these items. They won’t credit you. So the more you know. Be safe simmers.

That is the Caliente's house. I already know that. But your renovating from that house looks great.

Sorry I got confused. The balcony at the left of the front of the house got me confused. Since that's where the balcony on the caliente's house is.
I love your builds but chuckle at the over abundance of landscaping. In real life I don't know anyone that has yards with that many hedges and shrubs. I know in the Sims it doesn't matter but in real life no one would want to have to keep it all up. Lol
