I think a new Spencer Kim Lewis house could be fun. I think that household has an interesting story if I recall correctly, and the house is rather odd

Not a Base Game set of townies, but the Delgato family from Brindleton Bay would be a nice one to build a new home for. That house is massive and is not very well laid out. They deserve better.

Ohhhh my god I have an idea for the landgraab family home renovation! Instead of doing another house that’s modern maybe you should do a Mediterranean house (maybe a modern style since it’s the landgraab) so it can finally match the other homes in that neighborhood!
Oooh this is such a good idea! I always just remake it modern but different to whats there, and I'm not practiced at the mediterranean style, but your idea is really making me want to build like that! I hope Gryphi feels the same way haha
I would love to see the Bjergsen house renovated. The exterior it's not terrible but inside is decorated in such a weird way!!

Omg 😮 it's so perfect! I would love to see a new Judith Ward's home. Her house doesn't look like a celebrity house at all and doesn't fit the stunning view from the hill. It looks like an old farm 😅 she's so red and white like a Queen of hearts and they gave her the blue. No terrain paints, not a single bush of roses. Btw I love this new minimalistic vibe ❤ so detailed and so clean at the same time. It rise the work behind colors, shapes and architectures. Thank you so much for this renovation. I would definitely download it
Love the build as always, it makes me inspired to play with tem. 😊 The Harris family in evergreen harbor would be an interesting house to rebuild. They have a fun "where does the money come from" storyline with the son being so embarrassed by the family that he wear bag on his head. They are also one of the few who have three generations.

Love this house so much!! Downloading it right now! I can’t help thinking about how sitting on a leather sofa in the desert would be so sticky and uncomfortable though. I’m glad the sims don’t need to worry about that 😂😂

I'd change places of grill and plantes in the corner of outside dining because it makes more sence.

I didn't think I had a favorite toilet until you said that. But my favorite toilet is the base game Old Time Antique in the white swatch. It's just such a good Toilet™ shape. When I think of a toilet, I think of a toilet in that shape. I use it in every single build.

I would love to see a new modern Landgraab house while keeping the same vibe and the Roomies, I love their center courtyard, but hate the rest of their house.
This build is so nice and desert vibe! I think Landgraabs are also good idea, but I thought about Spencer-Kim-Lewis or Roomies household, because this home is so weird.

My favorite base game toilet is the modern relief. I like it because it looks like my toilet in real life lol. I also really like the cats and dogs toilet but it is spendy so not so good for budget builds.

Love how the house turned out! Way better than EA's . This is a good example where less is more, plus it suits the specific sims better. I'd like to see you tackle the Pancakes home, the BFFs home and the Landgrabbs home. Oh, and favorite toilet is The John.😅

Idea for the Landgrabbs. They’re old-money, and canonically swimming in money. So how about an old-style mansion or castle, with the interior renovated to be either vintage glamour, like old money “why buy new when the old is so much better”; or ultra modern, like so far up the cutting edge of fashion, they are The Point.
Personally, mansion will probably fit better, something along the lines of Buckingham palace but slightly smaller; but a castle would certainly scream Old Money.
I have two fave toilets…if I’m doing a basegame or more low-median income, I use the Moderator (I think that’s what it’s called) cause I like the shape and it’s not super pricey. But if I’m doing a luxury build…the toilet from Snowy Escape is my go-to 😂 I like that it’s a bidet. So luxe.
Also for townies…have you done Roomates? I feel like maybe you have and I’m forgetting…but their current house is awful 😂

I know plenty of people prefer speed builds - including myself! But I do most of my builds step-by-step on my twitch channel first! This is one of them :)

Also, I'm working on the Landgraab mansion on and off, but I revamped Johnny's story so that he was basically an eco warrior fighting against Landgraab electric 😂

Gsyphi I seen a south Dakota home with a long porch front door in the center and between the stairs leading up to the front door is it a garage on the right side and one on the left I'd love to see you build it
I like this so much more than the current house! EA builds really are pretty awful, so I love seeing these builds so I can get new ideas for them. I really like the layout, and how you kept a lot of the traditional elements of the build but made it feel much more modern.
