This home is a rental lot in Granite Falls. This means that your Sims can vacation there. I created the design with the help of an AI. I used it to create an inspiration picture and built my own version from it. But this only affects the exterior. The interior is my own creation.

I use the Tool Mod from Twisted Mexi for my Sims 4 builds! You will find hints in the video, in addition, the video says which Tool Mod values I have used. Unfortunately, this mod can only be used on the PC. BUT to download my houses, you must NOT have installed the mod. All objects are downloaded in the same position as you can see in the video. This means that Pc AND console players can use my houses. You only need the same packs of game that I used.
In case console players also want to use rotated objects: I'll provide you with new rooms in The Sims 4 gallery from time to time, where you can find rotated and resized objects. With the help of these rooms console players have more possibilities in The Sims 4 build mode!

Yeah, and without CC. I can't download CC because my Sims 4 barely runs at 15 FPS or more on CAS, even though my PC is good and modern.
You are a true Master! This build is incredible. The beautiful complex landscaping. The build architecture itself. The custom interior decor. The stop motion video with labels. The TOOL mod including angles rotated. HOLY MOLEY! Jaw dropping.

Your aesthetic is just so special und unique to you; I always feel at home watching one of your videos. Funnily enough, I would never build or furnish in a style similar to yours, but still, I enjoy yours very much - maybe even exactly because it is something I could never do.
You manage to create such interesting shapes on the exterior, always nestled into perfect landscaping, often with breathtaking water features. Your waterfalls are second to none!
On the interior, you open up the floor plan, creating large, light-filled rooms with high ceilings and always modern and minimal, yet decorated, rustic, yet elegant furniture. Your staircases usually feel like another feature or statement, and you even open up the first floor to the living or dining space. I like how masterfully you combine objects to make your own pieces, and how everything comes together looking like it's from a design magazine. I hope you know how amazing you are. ❤

This build is so beautiful! I especially love the landscaping. I think I've shown it to my friends and family about 20 times over just the past week lol. Each of your builds inspires me so much and makes me excited to work on my own builds, but this one was especially fun to watch come together.

First, I adore this build. Wonderful job! One question- how did you make a walk-able pathway over the pond? Every time I try to do something similar, it deletes the water under it or messes up the terrain. .. Is there a trick to it?

50x50 is kinda too big for my game because I only found one occupied lot which is big enough for this build. The biggest unoccupied lots are only 50x40, so they can't use this build without destroying som of its features. Is there a way to create a 50x50 lot in the game?
Does anyone know an answer for this? Whenever I use platforms, the roof tiles on the floor above will not allow me to delete them to build a custom roof. How do I prevent/fix this? thanks!

This is such an amazing house! when I install it from the gallery, what happens if I have also installed TOOL? and is it enough to (temporary) deactivate the mod to install the house?
