Me encanta como explicas la base química de los sabores, lo llevas a una generalidad y además lo aprovechas para exaltar la cocina de tu país. Estaría excelente una versión en español de tu contenido también. Sigue así y que latinoamérica conquiste el mundo!

Many native american groups planted The Three Sisters - Beans, Corn (for the beans to climb), and Squash (to shade the soil and cut down on weeds). They grow together well and make a fine stew.

Awesome video. Very informative and great inspo for flavor. I love that you add a little heat to sofrito. I will have to try that!

I never thought of using a hand blender to make sofrito. I just wasted $200.00 on a new food processor/ blender while the hand blender sits in the cabinet. Thanks for the idea.

Love the science. And it never occurred to me that there’s some magical formula that crosses cuisines. Probably the most useful food video I’ve watched in ages. Thanks man 👍 loving your content

Have you come across the flavour thesaurus by Niki segnit? It’s a book that maps all the flavours, what flavours are similar, and which pair well together. Amazon have it super cheap right now. If you’re doing more content like this it might be useful 🙂
