There is no way I would be happy with that install. That wood is going to rot. The bolt sticking out inside… smh. You seem nice man and I hope it cools for you.
I’m a diy guy and there is no way I would have settled for that install. There are much better materials to use than pine lumber that will rot out in a years time. The wire should have been encapsulated in a protective shield.
If for a DIYer, this is a nice install. For a profession install, this is barely acceptable. That wood block looks so urgly, and they should measure before drill that first set holes above the bumper.

and no MC cable for the exposed AC power wire. Romex is NOT rated for damp/wet/exterior use.
