Great video! I was wonder if you could do a old maybe 80-90s dirt bike build from scratch with minimal editing so I can learn a lot on these older bikes.
I've got a 1985 moto-4 200cc, w/ original carb and the popping noise, I've tried adjusting it and I've taken it out and cleaned it and it still pops, at this point I'm interested in getting a new/different carb to try in it. Where did you get the Chinese carb?
I used a Deestone D930 22x11.00-9 as a replacement for the rear. It’s a little smaller than stock but has an excellent rounded profile. A lot of the tires in this rim size are meant for quads and have a very square profile which makes for a horrible handling. I also used the same tire in the correct size for the front.
I got the same carb so I looked at your hook up my carb had sat for 20 years with varnish slug so I just got a new one and the transmission I had too replace the gears I bought them as a set and frictions and looked at the rings and piston cylinder was top part had a ton of carbon build up which would not allow the piston too move all fix and ready too reinstall in bike my back tire is huge massive still holds air and not much dry rot
after watching you videos for years finally got myself a 28" screwdriver! and man you aren't kidding they're very handy!
I know right!
Louie good to see again brota. Keep up the good work.

Anyone know the specs on a stator for these machines
I miss my old Bw200 , Had to do a LOt of work on her ,lots of videos on my page, and then found it was too gutless for what it wanted it for :(
BW 200s were fun,but the 350s were a beast.
alot of those and fatcats listed often in phx az craigslist and since this is az thers almost no rust, we're too hot & dry for dat
Boot is too tight around the carburetor and pushes the o ring out of place???

The cdi can make them misfire as well...they are a weak point on the bw200.
