Heya! So according to my research spf 15 provides 93% protection from UV rays, spf 30 provides 97% protection and spf 50 provides 98% . There's not much of a difference in spf 30 or spf 50 except for the 1% of course but it's always better to be on the safer side and go for the spf 50. It's not like spf 30 is better, spf 50 is better but there isn't much of a difference. If it is saving you a few bucks go for the spf 30. Hope it helps :)

Coconut oil is highly comodogenic and causes clogged pores. It doesn’t suit your skin type and you might want to stop using coconut oil and switch to a different oil.
Use a product with salicylic acid to get rid of clogged pores and tiny bumps. I use the salicylic acid mask stick and it’s my holy grail for congested clogged skin and it even erases blackheads

Try minimalist's 3% tranexamic acid serum.. It worked for many and its believed to be superior to alpha arbutin. Just be patient cause patience is the key. You would start to see significant results after the one month mark. Dont forget to do a patch test before using and use sunscreen positively. My acne spots got diminished by 90%.

My dermatologist says that sunscreens like derma co. , ponds, minimalist should not be used. Shadow gel, uv acne are always suggested by him.
Dr Aanchal I have used your 4-5 recommended sunscreens . For my super oily skin, Out of those Sunstop 19 is the best but spf is very low. Acne uv.. I have used 3 tubes but it is still sticky for me. Makes my hair fringes also very oily. La shield and wishcare sunscreens were recommended for oily skin but were super oily for me. All above made my skin dark also. Pls suggest an upgrade for sunstop 19 . It has a low spf .

Helloo Aanchal mam could you also suggest sunscreen for dry skin in budget and I used to have a dry skin but recently I've been using coconut oil as cleanser for double cleansing and I started getting clogged pores on my cheeks ik it's not a good idea to use and but I actually didn't know I also have a very tinu bumps beside my nose and on my chin could uh also suggest cleansing blam /oil , serum to get rid of those and sunscreen in budget (under 500) please.......?? Coconut oil is highly comodogenic and causes clogged pores. It doesn’t suit your skin type and you might want to stop using coconut oil and switch to a different oil.
Use a product with salicylic acid to get rid of clogged pores and tiny bumps. I use the salicylic acid mask stick and it’s my holy grail for congested clogged skin and it even erases blackheads

Actually I've been using nicinamide 5% and benzoyl peroxide spot treatment which worked for me but left some post acne marks n pigmentations so I started using alpha arbutin 2% with nicinamide . But it makes my skin look darker n oily . What should I do now?

Try minimalist's 3% tranexamic acid serum.. It worked for many and its believed to be superior to alpha arbutin. Just be patient cause patience is the key. You would start to see significant results after the one month mark. Dont forget to do a patch test before using and use sunscreen positively. My acne spots got diminished by 90%.

use a plain zinc oxide sunscreen. it won't happen then.
