Debatable I’m pretty sure there isn’t a NHTSA rep. giving Tesla input on every beta release. They can essentially do whatever they want like they have been.
On one hand it's amazing this stuff already exists but after buying a tesla and trying it out for myself I can only conclude that the input the car is getting at this point (USS and (for MY 2023/24) camera only) is just not enough to make this safe enough. You can tweak the software only so far - if there is no visual and/or sensor input, what is the car supposed to do?
If youre wanting your vehicle in FSD mode to drive as aggressive as you do...youre fooling yourself. Tesla has to keep the reins on it

Seems like your car is defective not FSD
How so…?
Isn’t there an “aggressive” setting for fsd?
Yeah it’s called assertive

Yeah I’ve seen some videos with just the cameras in parking scenarios and it’s quite bad.
FSD only useful for RUclips creators. Tesla has already failed with this. Beta since 2015.
I've seen 1 hour long fsd driving in traffic without any human interruptions. It's closer than you think.
@itsjustmeweiss that’s wrong human needs to put driver input every 30-60 seconds or else it’ll slow to a stop.
