@sainiyavnica, Boil half a cup of water. Once it is boiled add salt to taste and 1 cup jowar flour. And combine with a spoon until it forms the consistency of chapati dough. Then close the mix with a lid and leave for 10 mins. Once it is cooled down slightly, knead with your hands and make a small ball and make rotis like you make chapatis normally with the belan
@@smitabhat7355 You need to make sure that you are adding the flour to boiling water. and then rest the dough for 10 mins by placing a lid over it . Also you must ensure that you are rolling the dough gently. if it is breaking at the edges, when you take out a piece of the dough, apply some ghee or oil to your hand and form a ladoo shape without any cracks in it. then try rolling gently. hope this works 🙂

Tawa should be very hot and lower the flame when you put the roti on it. Apply water and flip immediately. When you flip, cook it properly for about 1 minute on high flame. Then flip again, it will definitely puff up.

After you take the roti off of heat, keep it covered in a roti container or a muslin cloth. It should soften in a few mins.
