I would definitely try and make a demonstration of the process of valve clearance in near future. However just one thing. Don't let anyone touch the valve settings unless you are facing any issues like tappet noise. Thank you.

Ok.I feel some kind of power loss after clearing a clutch related noise at the service center.I cleaned the fuel pump after seeing your video.I am having doubt whether they have altered the valve clearance

There is a audibly loud noise when applying the rear brakes of my cb350rs. Especially in downward slopes and at slow speeds. It's very irritating, that it affects the ride experience. I have informed the service center where they have told me that the noise is due to particles between the pads and removed the brake pads cleaned them and put them back, but the issue persists. The brake pad has been recently replaced (had the same issue with the prior brake pads as well, though that new pads would solve the issue). I could also feel the vibration/scraping through the brake lever as well when applying the brake. Could you please help me with what the issue might be so I could tell the service center people to take a look at this specific part of the braking system (piston, brake fluid issue etc.). Thanks.

@@human7914 if the brake pads are new, give it some time. Like 500 kms. However vibration might come due to over tightening of drive chain as well.
You could also check for free wheel rotation by putting the bike on main stand. The wheel should rotate freely with hand.
If the issue still persist, show it to any good mechanic. A complete thorough inspection is needed to get to the cause and resolve it.

Helo brother, I have a same issue. My brakes are completely not working. I have done the same procedure with the help of a mechanic but the some how I think the air is still inside the pipes so brake padle completely goes down but break doesn't work. Can you suggest some solution please

It seems one or more parts are damaged, possibly the master cylinder needs proper inspection. Have it completely disassembled and inspected. If required replace the complete unit. In maters of brake don’t take chances.

@@DipayanBose I have already replaced the master cylinder. It was working fine for 10-15 days but now as I left the bike without riding for 2-3 days. Brakes stopped working. And I m now in a seperate state where there is no honda service centre
